Great service. We had a water heater leak and they had guys here within an hour to find a solution and get it fixed.

Guy who came to fix our boiler gave me the creepiest vibes ever. Thermal screen your employees for behaviour issues, and staring problems. I don't know what this guy's problem was but he would not take his eyes off me and lingered far longer than he needed to. Uneasy and so feel so unsafe having this guy in my house after hours.

All my issues started with a furnace that was down. This Company showed up and worked magic to find the issue (then we needed parts from the US) - issue found but it was the effort that Dan put into his job, making sure everything was clean and ready for the new part.Then it turned into a nightmare with the pipes freezing up somewhere. He worked so hard with pressured water to find the frozen spot, The issue at the lid of the ceptic tank outside . ( Digging up the garden is not a pleasure in the winter) So much detail but at the end everthing was working again.I would give 6 stars if I could because I felt the Company cared and communicated from the first call to the last.Thank you to all the guys from Thermal , especially Dan for putting all your expertise to work and solve this problem. To have a dedicated guy like Dan is what makes a good repiutation for a company.I highly recommend Thermal Mechanical!!

Called, got a first in person visit promptly with what seemed like a fair price and expected to receive an official quote in short order. Called, no record of my request and or quote. Requested a quote again, had a second in-person visit and was quoted 3x the price. Again, expected an official quote in short order, but no quote received or to be found.

Would no longer recommend Thermal Mechanical. They install the product, but don't want to service it. Their one attempt was a gong show, but they still billed us $458.78. Letters to the owners (4 sent) go unanswered. So very disappointing. We were told they could not get parts, but Clow D was very quick and professional and managed to order the parts.

Positive and enthusiastic in terms of the job needed to be done. Responsive and quick to call back, and Brandon was extremely professional and friendly while on the job site. Definitely will recommend for any whom need projects completed in a timely manner.

People wait quite a bit of time waiting for an install for equipment

I've had Thermal at my house 3 different times now and they've been great every time. Furnace upgrade, on-demand hot water and mostly recently, central air. Great company to deal with and exceptional work.

Thermal Mechanical provided fantastic service when our furnace went down on a Thursday night at 11 pm. Starting with the woman who answered their after hours calls, she was kind and worked timely to get someone to call us. Then Jodi (their on call guy) was knowledgeable and helpful—he talked us through the problem and made suggestions that not only were helpful but saved us a lot of money. Finally the next morning, Mike called before 8 am and was at the house before 8:30—furnace fixed and running before 10 am (and that includes a trip to the wholesaler for a new igniter). The entire process went smoothly. We never felt pressured to make a decision and we were provided with lots of options and information. Thank you so much Thermal for being there when our family needed you! Make Thermal your first call for all your mechanical work—I know we will.
