NOT WORTH IT.My gf has many issues with AED itself, the online staff aren't helpful.The dealer starts talking back then they stop answering 2 weeks now.She is still paying her old car loan (trade in given to AED) and paying the new loan since March 28 2023.Too much problems.

I recommend Automobile en direct to anyone who seeks professionalism, a wide variety of vehicles to choose from and consideration of budget when purchasing a vehicle. I appreciated the assistance I received from the receptionists, sales reps, managers, the evaluator and the staff who closed the deal. As I drove away with my truck I was glad that I chose Automobile en direct.

But I would just like to say how great the team is there I had Alex B and he was the absolute best, he took into account my budget and what kind of car I was looking for. William is the best too!everyone was so nice and went above and beyond! I ended up leaving about a week later with a 2018 Mini Cooper countryman! couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend shopping there!this is our 5th car from this place and we don’t regret a thing

Our recent experience at Automobile en Direct was positive.We met with Samuel and with the help of his associates, went above and beyond to work with us. Unfortunately our expectations were too grand.I would recommend Automobile Direct and plan to return soon!

Purchased a vehicle in October 2022 lousy vehicle with lots of problems from the day of pick up. All points inspection a big zero as the car right out of the place had approx $4k - $5k worth of problems. They sent us from one garage to another..South Shore, East, West all to be told other problems were causing issue. They would change 1 part and it still did the same. For example engine light was on from Day 1!! They would put the computer on it and erase code 1 week later code is back on. A real disappointment. To try to get the Director of Service department to pay and fix issues was like pulling teeth. Perhaps because it was a turbo issue which is costly . How this is being allowed I don't know it's simply wrong. I was yelled at by the Dir of Serv telling me I was too much and he wasn't going to pay everytime something was faulty when he very well knew we were trying to get the same problem identified in October fixed. Not a new problem!! His reply was only 1 garage only had identified issue fast forward today now a 2nd garage stated same problem as in October! we paid over 2k in repairs and applied the 6k left on the extended warranty WE PURCHASED for 4k to cover when in reality this problem existed from day 1! Unbelievable if you have a problem you are turning in circles leaving messages..but when you are there to buy --service is impeccable! Now opening up a file with the OPC and sending a formal notice letter to run after our money back. NO CHOICE. NO ONE has contacted us since sending the formal notice. I guess they want this to go further. Will have no choice been patient and many many emails and visits and phone calls later gave nothing. Same happened with my daughter who bought a Honda 2018 and they said AC was checked out and working that was back in April and yet when she tried it for the first time in late May it wasn't working. They shrugged this issue off too. So she turned to Honda. She has been estimated by a Honda dealership 3k to fix problem onto of what she already paid for the car not in her budget.. so not impressed. Would never deal with them ever again 2 out of 2 transactions very awful. Beware and take your business elsewhere!! They market themselves as vehicles are inspected and sold in top shape (check their website) it's their go to marketing plan. But they don't follow what they preach. Unfortunate for us consumers putting faith in people like this who obviously don't have our best interest at heart all about getting quantity off their lots and no quality whatsoever!! Awful!

Sold us a car in the winter that supposedly had AC but as soon as it got warmer we realized the AC was broken. Tried contacting them multiple times to get it fixed but could never get through

My experience was higher than Super Amazing from the entire team. I had a vehicle in mind and they did a special order, meaning they took down what I wanted and their buyers kept a watch Nationally. Yes... They can do that and also transport, inspect and do Quebec licensing and provide plates. Alexander Vernier was my sales rep and John Samelis as the Sales Director who oversaw the entire process. They all kept me up to date and I truly impressed. When they found the right vehicle they oversaw anything that was needed to step up as if my vehicle came right off the lot brand spanking new from the factory. They replaced the brakes, did what was needed if any repairs, the detailing team I just can't say what an amazing team, barely a dust speck and clean like my mind was blown away. Take a look at their vehicles in the showroom, my delivery handoff was just like that. Brand New. On the finance side we dealt with Sébastien Du Sault who is just as friendly and attentative as one can be. We had Mario who picked us up when the vehicle was ready for delivery - nice touch. Catherine (hope I got your name right) did the handoff and she is a real pro making double sure everything wrapped up well including vehicle training on features and setup. I mentioned detailing which were far beyond just a cleanup but did touch ups and probably 200 other things. I am sure there were so many people involved from the buyers to administrative staff. My experience was above top class white glove. They are all super and I highly recommend them based on my experience. Just communicate with them as you would with a friend and they will help you out. Amazing work at Automobile Direct. Thank you to everyone and all involved that I met and did not meet personally. Just awesome.

The experience was very enjoyable. The staff was nice and very professional. All of the staff I worked with had quite a lot of knowledge about cars, which is always a must for a great customer experience. I was lacking knowledge when it comes to the technical terms of insurances but I was still able to understand even for my first time buying a car. The diversity of cars was wonderful, the place was clean and organized. The staff acted quickly so everything moved efficiently without wasting time. I will recommend this dealership to anyone.
