Pioneer - Gas Station

Problem to get diesel here… all time something broken! Terrible location!

This location has the best prices. Don't know why or how but can't complain. Tap card pads ftw.

Do not use pump #2! According to the staff it’s not broken but the customer and their vehicles fault that it’s not working- even though in the same sentence his response was that “some” pumps have a faster flow (I’ve never experienced this at any other gas station).If you do have to use pump 2, trick is to know exactly how many Ls you need to stop because the trigger will set off immediately when you start pumping. So only squeeze the pump about half way (not all the way like every other pump). You’ll also need to position the nozzle so it’s not all the way in your tank (again, make sure you know how many Ls you can add before it overflows) or it will keep triggering the sensor that you tank is full after about 5-10 seconds.

Gas stations are great when there are no lineups. Fortunately, there are several around my area.

Pioneer Gas on Rymal Rd Himilton, ON...Most of the employees are great except for a heavy set lady that had on a shirt with a name tag saying George.She was rude/ignorant and had the personality of a walrus.She should be fired or kept in the celar/outside taking or the grass. Way way in the back and never have contact with the public...2023 & chose the wrong gas station.I should have looked inside before getting gas.The lady with the name tag saying George on it was there again.Nasty attitude and shaking her head at every customer as if we're inconveniening her by getting our gas.Horrible people skills and I would fire her if I could.Hopefully she goes in the back enywhere out of the publics view.

Just wanted to share the very positive experience I had tonight while paying for gas.Kenny is an awesome employee, was very friendly and his customer service skills were superstar status! I enjoyed my visit tonight because of him!!
