Called late in the evening, VB Plumbing services was very accommodating. Diagnosing the issues by asking very relevant questions (e.g., troubleshooting I performed). This communicated professionalism, and more importantly a structured process the business follows when providing their services. The company talked me through a recommendation even before driving out to the home, with a view to increase their work efficiencies and potentially save me money / time. Needless to say, their recommendation worked. I'll definitely use their services again.

Vytas is amazing! I purchased a new refrigerator and the delivery guys weren’t allowed (per their service agreement) to disconnect my water valve from the old fridge and connect it to the new fridge. Of course I didn’t know how to do it. They left the new fridge in my den and promised to return after I rescheduled them. I reached out to V B Plumbing and Vytas had a full schedule yet he made an effort to assist me that same day. He is a humble, kind, honest professional who I am glad I got a chance to interact with. He understands the importance of excellent customer service and I appreciate him.

Vytas did a great job on changing our faucet for the kitchen sink and seal it. Also, we asked if he could apply the granite look adhesive tape on the countertop during the time he took out the sink and he did. A bit of extra charge but did a great job

Vytas was referred to me by a friend. He was quick to respond to my call and able to do the job the next day. His co-worker came to do the job and Vytas let me know before hand. Michael showed up on time and called before hand to confirm. Both really pleasant guys to deal with. Very professional and will definitely use again for our next job. Highly recommend

Vytas is great. Very professional and honest. We called him in to fix a leaking tap and to do a shower installation. It was done well and we are very happy with his service. The tap started leaking after few weeks, we contacted vytas and he came in and fixed it for us without charge as it was the manufacturing defect of the parts used. Great service!

For completely unrealted problems I've called VBPlumbing a second time in a couple of weeks. As a property manager I often do many repairs myself and generally reluctant to call in help. But, I've been very pleased with VP Plumbing. Vytautus was able to come within the hour, was thorough, and solved the problems. The charge was very reasonable. Will definitely continue to use.
