We have used Copper Creek Developments for two separate renovations including basement development and a full kitchen and main floor remodel. Scott's design ideas were original, practical and within our budget. The quality of the work by all trades was incredible. Scott and Justin were very easy to work with and made sure to complete both projects well within our timeline. Copper Creek built our new deck in Sept 2022. It was a big project for us, and Scott and Justin delivered our large TREX deck on time and on budget. They are both great guys and their professionalism and work ethic are excellent! The job site was kept extremely clean and the sub-trades that they co-ordinated showed up on time and completed their tasks. Now we're moving on to interior projects with Copper Creek. Can't say enough about how terrific they are to work with on our home.

If you are considering doing a renovation project I highly recommend Scott of Copper Creek Development. We have wanted to renovate our kitchen for a few years however struggled with how to pull it all together. We discussed plans and budgets with a few contractors but none were as thorough as Scott. Communication is key when undergoing any project and Scott is King in that department. Once we started the project Scott would send us an email every Sunday evening to let us know what to expect for the next week. If I had a question I could send a text and usually had a response within the hour. As with any project you can expect a few hiccups. There was an issue with damage to our wall oven and a delay in delivery of flooring however Scott got on top of this immediately and handled everything so there would be no delay in our timeline. All the trades people Scott employed were fantastic to work with and very respectful of our home. We will be calling Scott for any future projects we undertake!Luis and Laural

They demolished my old deck, carted everything away and built a new deck with composite material and it looks stunning. I also asked them to insert piles support for a pergola, gave them the measurements and installing the pergola was a breeze thanks to exact placement of the support piles. They were very professional in their approach and did excellent work and I have no hesitation in recommending them. They were not the cheapest quote but if you want professional execution, they are the people to get.

We had Copper Creek Developments renovate our main floor.This included a complete overhaul of our kitchen, new flooring (from tile to hardwood), a new bathroom sink/cabinet, and a redesigned laundry room/mudroom. The completed project was outstanding!The kitchen in particular was beyond our expectations. Every detail is top notch, with more storage than we could have imagined, a beautiful island and counter tops, and so many extra, well thought-out features.It's a now a super functional space for our family, but also a really nice and inviting space to host guests.We were also thrilled with how our high traffic laundry room/mud room was transformed into a family friendly space complete with a built-in bench seat with shoe storage underneath, plenty of hooks for coats and backpacks, ample storage space, and even a hanging space for laundry. We were impressed by the dramatic improvements that could be made in such a small space!Scott was personable and enjoyable to work with, and we appreciated his depth of knowledge, as well as his vision for what was possible.Throughout the entire process he was honest and up front, and he was careful to address budget concerns. Scott ensured that each project was done right, and that any issues that arose were handled quickly and to our satisfaction. We definitely recommend Copper Creek Developments!

We are a retired couple who had copper creek renovate a kitchen, family room and 2 bathrooms. This was not our first renovation but it was our biggest and we were the most satisfied with the workmanship on this particular project. Scott (from Copper Creek) was very straight forward from the beginning in explaining the process: he did an initial quote and stuck to the quote, each week he sent a cost and progress email update. He also gave us a detailed timeline for the project and stayed on time. Six months after completion we had a slight issue with some grout and he had the entire room re grouted so that there would be no further issues which was above and beyond in our opinion. He was very easy to deal with and honest to a fault. We were very happy with the results, the costs, the workmanship and management of the project. He interacted with us and with the Denca Cabinet people seamlessly and we enjoyedworking with him. Whenever we had a question he was quick to respond and always put the customer first( a rarity in our experience)!

We spoke with quite a few deck builders before settling with Copper Creek. I'm glad we selected them as its been a great experience working with them. They're very responsive, and they don't cut any corners with the work they do. They ensure you're 100% satisfied with the quality of there work.
