This company has poor customer service and hard to communicate with. I will share an experience.I needed to purchase two sets of armrests (total of four armrests) for two ADI chairs, and identified Harry Psilopoulos / Relevant Furniture Technologies and Ben Forest as sales representatives for our area.I provided photos of the chairs to Harry on 11/22/2022, and we were quoted a price of $379.01. We followed up on 11/29, 12/2, and 12/5 to let him know we wanted to proceed with our order. He was very slow to respond. On 12/5, Harry apologized for the delay and confirmed he had given us the correct price. Harry said we would receive an invoice shortly for the four armrests, for a total of $379.01. On 12/16, I called Harry again to inquire about the invoice. Finally, on 12/19, I reached him and paid over the phone. The package was slated to ship the week of 1/9/23. Note that it took more than a month to order these armrests and get responses from Harry.We received the package on 1/13/23, which, unfortunately, contained only one set of armrests. I contacted Harry and was told by him that the other set was on backorder. We installed the set we received on one of the chairs. After ten days without receiving the backorder, I followed up on 1/25/23 and was told that it actually was not on backorder (he had made a mistake). Instead, he told us that our order was actually for only one set (total of two armrests) and that if we wanted a second set, we would have to pay another $379.01.To summarize, we have paid $379.01 for two armrests that took us two months to get, when we thought we were getting four. And we have been given the run-around this whole two months.Harry did apologize for the confusion, but insisted that the only compensation he could offer would be to dismantle the armrests we have already installed and return them for a refund of $379.01. He was not willing to honor the original order of two sets, or compensate us for the time and effort needed to install and dismantle the one set already received.Bottom line: stay away from the company and its sales representatives.Edit: The company ended up honoring the original quote of $379 for the two armrests after this review was posted and a letter sent to their management.

I purchased 40 chairs $5,000.00 in Sept 2019 to be used in a break room. By 2021 many of the chair backs were broken. The brochure boasted a lifetime warranty and 400lb weight limit. Company will not warranty the chairs or provide replacement. Buyer beware.
