FABULOUS! Had a great experience for my sons wedding!

This is a hidden gem... Very well kept , clean. If your planning a wedding or function check them out. The manager Gary is a good guy and really cares about what he's doing.

We were there for an event. Great venue, food was catered but amazing. Facilities were impeccable.

I had my Stag and doe here in November 2022. While standing outside with some of my guest, two member of the staff came out and was arguing with each Other about something making us who were standing about 10 feet away from them feel uncomfortable. I ensured my guest it was fine and to go back inside and enjoy our event. Around 11pm we finished our prize draws and I noticed the bar cleaning up. I figured it was getting stuff out of the way for the after prize rush. Normally at this point those who came for prizes leave and those who came to party with us start drinking more. I was pulled aside by the owner to go over the event, while my wedding party continued to sell drink tickets and my guest went out to their/DD’s car to put their prizes away. Well this is where it went all down hill.The owner told me how the bar didn’t do well and I sold only 185 drinks (which didn’t sound right since we seen lot of people drinking and had about 150 guest there) he then slapped me with a $1,700 bill ($1,400+$300 deposit I gave him when I booked the space) and sent me on my way confused. I returned to my event to find my guest gone and my wedding party angry, upset and confused as well. They closed the bar on us and we’re starting to break everything down without our permission. We were told while booking that last call was at 1am and they never said anything about closing us up before that if they felt they weren’t making money off the bar.While we cleaned up they were complaining about chalk dust on the floor and our pie in the face event while glaring at my wedding party making them uncomfortable. I tried to contact the owner to talk it over with him and he only replied to me once. He said he would talk to his staff them never answered my emails again. It’s been 2 months since our event and still no reply from the owner. He literally took our money and ghosted us! $1,700 for a 5 hour event hosting about 150 people was just under half of our profits for the night. Meaning we gave them about 50% of our earnings for an early close time, rude staff, and a dodgy owner who spent the whole time I sat in his office telling me about how much money he lost on the bar because we didn’t drink enough.

Quite disappointed in the service here. Planned a Stag and Doe for the end of June and did not receive much flexibility. We were unable to hold our event due to COVID-19 and were only able to get 50% of our deposit back. We asked very early on if we were able to reschedule and were denied. Then, we found out that one of our friends who was having a Stag and Doe at the same venue were offered rescheduling but we had not been. We were told that we should have our Stag n Doe after our wedding and would not receive our full deposit back unless we rescheduled. I have been working reduced hours due to COVID-19 and losing that deposit was frustrating to say the least. I would not recommend booking here. There are a lot of other venues around that would put their customers first.

Had a wonderful experience hosting a community event at Shiraz Ballroom. Very understanding and flexible manager; beautiful venue with a special aura around it; well-kept facilities, clean and tidy all around. Good variety at the bar.Our guests enjoyed it very much. Would love to have another event there.

Delicious food, excellent service nice ambiance.Highly recommend this hall for special occasions.

Nice facility. The trivia night attended was lots of fun.
