Penny and Bob are the best! They know everything. Seriously, the ingredients of pet foods - how it's processed, what to avoid, what is best for your pet. Great advice about cat litter or dog harnesses or pet dishes, whatever you need to care for your pet. I'm so grateful for all they have helped me with over the years. Two paws up!!

The staff here are very helpful! I was in the store and had questions about changing my dogs food and she was so friendly and knowledgeable about it made me feel like I am with a veterinarianI don’t normally write reviews but I had to for her amazing service today!

NOON ON A Saturday! No idea what food to purchase for a baby sitting puppy job. The young lady reached out, even showed me the scratch and dent canned goods and thereby caused me to wilfully and gladly purchase more! Thank you!

Always a great experience bringing my dog ghost here. Being a first time dog owner I really appreciate how helpful the staff are. They've help with product suggestions and overall advice in caring for my puppy. Great tips on puppy diets and grooming which have made my transition with ghost much simpler. Highly recommended to everyone in the area.

I was in the store today buying cat food and asked the lady to help me find a certain food for a diabetic cat. She had no knowledge on any of her cat food brands so I asked her to look it up on the computer. Which then the phone rang and she started serving a customer on the phone and left me standing at the counter for 15 mins even a lady in line got fed up and walked out the door. Really poor service!!!! Another young employee helped me. Which I was very happy with. Would not recommend this store if this is the way she treats her customers. Shame on her she’s in the wrong business!!!

Excellent service by the lady and the gentleman as well as the young boy. We just got our very first Maltese puppy and everyone at the store was very polite and helpful. Specially the lady was extremely informative and kind and gave us a lot of useful hints and tips. She was very honest and did not try to sell us extra things and would openly tell us if we picked up stuff we did not need. Will definitely go back and would highly recommend this store.

I came in to buy an item which was clearly labelled and priced at $12.99. At the register it rang up at around $20. I spoke to the person working and showed them the listed pricing. They just removed the price from the display, said it was wrong and did not offer the listed price or find a decent alternative. The store itself seems fine, I’m giving it 3 stars to remind myself not to return to this location.
