Karine is such a wonderful teacher. As a student for the PCQI hybrid course I learned a lot from the virtual course but was left with a lot of questions. I was looking forward to the instructor-led course to get some more practice and answers to my questions. Karine was clear and thorough in her explanations. Her consulting business experience gave her a plethora of examples to draw from. I was impressed by her ability to address my questions and give me resources to continue my study. She is very well versed in the regulations required and is up to date on any changes or new publications that may influence your business. She was very accommodating to my needs. I highly recommend taking a class from Karine. She is an expert in her field. I left the class feeling confident in my ability to act as a PCQI and make a positive impact on my company.

I recently completed my HACCP refresher training with Eurofins. The training was a great mix of lecture and hands on activity which helped keep everyone’s attention on the lesson. Ms. Karine Lawrence was the instructor, and she went straight to the important points and kept us focused with her energy, knowledge and humor. Even though I was familiar with the material I still feel like I learned a lot. Her insight and thought evoking nature challenged my way of thinking and ultimately led us to a better overall HACCP plan.

Karine is one of the best trainers I have met since I became SQF Practitioner in 2014. When teaching SQF (course offered by Bureau Veritas), she was good at mentioning the key points in the course instead of just reading the training material. She makes you think where audit gaps could potentially happen. She is also good at engaging people as it’s always good to hear different voices. She also introduces different tools to manage the SQF program. She is very knowledgeable
