Horrible to deal with. Dispatch who lies about your order status. Never, ever, EVER able to be there on time. Not equipped to deal with large volume orders and demands of a large construction site. The cost savings per load is lost because you end up paying employees overtime to complete pours on late deliveries.

I recently used Metrocon Ready Mix for a concrete delivery for my company, GIP. Despite several delays on my end, the team at Metrocon was able to deliver the concrete with laser precision. Their level of professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding and I was very impressed with their service. I would highly recommend Metrocon Ready Mix to anyone in need of concrete delivery.

I needed 7 cubic meters of concrete to be delivered and pumped across 200 ft for a retaining wall. Since the delivery company and the pump company are separate, I precisely planned the time for them.They ended up delivering the wrong concrete mix even after multiple phone discussions on what kind I needed. The delivery driver did not care to know what mixes he delivers. This mix clogged the pump and in order to unclog it, they had to clean it out onto my property and leave it there.It took an extra two hours for them to deliver the correct mix that I should have received originally, costing me $520 including pump cleaning.An additional cost of 427$ to get rid of the wrong mix that they couldnt take back. When I called to be reimbursed for my costs, Manager John denied everything and claimed no responsibility, and as soon as I brought up small claims court, he hung up the phone.

Horrible customer service. Never again.5 hrs for a 1 meter balance. You can’t depend on these guys to supply concrete to finish a job.

Horrible experience, way late on delivery and gets lied to by the dispatch repeatedly. Waste whole afternoon with crew sitting and waiting for concrete.
