On July 12th at 6:45 p.m. to my surprise I received the best service that is humanly possible at a&w location in all of planet Earth. The individuals and it's restaurant showed me such respect and held such poise at their job I was dumbfounded. the facilities to the a&w restaurant where immaculate you can literally eat off the floor. The Sikh gentleman that serve me at the drive-thru had a golden voice it soothes the children in the back to a calm sleep. Thank you so much for this experience I will make an effort to return to Yorkton at least twice a week to vast in this great establishment- 3 Beyond Burgers No Sauce

Got my order wrong 3 times before I left the till. The guy could hardly speak or understand English.Usually the food is good but not today. It will be awhile before we go back.

Terrible service, drive through is extremely slow, definitely won’t be back as it took 20 minutes before I could event order my food then an additional 15 waiting for my food… not impressed at all

Took well over 25 mins to get 2 hotdogs when we were only ones in restaurant. This is how much you get in root beer float. A little over half a glass! Floors were so filthy & dirty too. I won't be coming back.

Drive through service was quick. However I had to wait about 7 to 10 minutes for my chicken strips. There was no other customers ahead of me. Shift staff were friendly.

The flies inside were atrocious. Staff was friendly and engaging, but the nsstiness of the bugs was overwhelming.

I was sitting at drive through at 6:05 , a guy was also waiting and went to door and they told him don't open till 7:00. Website says 6:00. All lights are on , if not open till then change your website time and keep lights off till then.

DONT EAT HERE!Terrible customer service! Refused to refund us or remake our beyond burgers when they were clearly meat. Lying to customers is a great way to build reputation.

I gave it 1 star today ...not sure why..first time in my that we could not eat and enjoy our meal because of house flies.. had to leave our table and eat our meal in the car..this is no joke!! Owner needs to fix this issue ASAP!!
