A fabulous experience from the moment we arrived (which was an hour early) - the girls from the site could not have been more welcoming.My daughters wedding and her first time (and only) as she said 'yes to the dress'.The girl who helped her was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and made us all feel relaxed.I can't recommend enough - thank you all ☺️

I had the best day at the newly reopened Perfect Bridal Rooms outlet store today ! Special thanks to Clare who helped me find my dream dress even though it was the complete opposite to what I had imagined - I cannot wait to wear it! Thank you for being so patient with me trying on lots of different styles! Would definitely recommend, such a big range of pristine dresses and brilliant service throughout the whole experience xxx

My twin sister went to go for a wedding dress viewing yesterday afternoon - it was a last minute decision to book there as the main shop we had travelled up for was in morning and thought why not try to fit another one in. Well let me tell you I couldn't be more pleased that we had spontaneously booked PBR. Not only did she find her DREAM dress, but Nadiah who helped her find her dress could not possibly have been more encouraging, supportive and motivating. My sister has has low self esteem but the look on her face when she tried on her dream dress made us all cry, including herself. I can't thank Nadiah enough for being so good at her job and making my sister feel like the beautiful woman she is. All the other staff were absolutely lovely as well and provided us with prosecco and laughs which was amazing. Just the dream experience couldn't have been better, thank you all x

Had such a lovely experience at Perfect Bridal on both occasions when I had my appointment to find The Dress!! The girls are all so lovely, special thanks to Evangeline for seeing my vision and having the patience with me whilst I made my final choice. So many dresses to choose from but the girls are so experienced in bridal, it made choosing the one so much easier.It’s such a lovely bridal room to go to with your girls and have an amazing experience! 5* experience. I got my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses from here. The service is unbeatable.I was/still am made to feel so important, like I was the only bride in the store.Ashleigh sat me down and we spoke for ages about what styles I wanted for me and my bridal party and she couldn't have gotten it more perfect. She made everyone feel so comfortable and special.She also got to know me from the very first moment we met, which is amazing considering the amount of brides she must come across. This meant she could find my dream dress for me right down to the little details of the perfect underwear to the most perfect Veil. I can't thank Ashleigh enough for the way she had made me feel throughout the whole experience.Perfect is a spot on name for the shop. Couldn't imagine spending my experience anywhere else.

Fantastic time at Perfect Bridal especially with stylist Shyla. She couldn’t have been nicer or more patient. Shyla was such a great stylist and knew exactly what to suggest even when I didn’t know it myself. All the girls in the store are so lovely and I had the best experience choosing my dress.

Nadiah was so kind and helpful. She put me totally at ease and really listened to what I wanted. She picked out my dress instantly from listening to my ideas and although we went through a large number of other dresses to make sure we tried everything, she nailed it and we eventually went back to number 1! She was so patient in making sure I was sure and really couldn’t have been better.

Went yesterday 29/04/23 for my first ever wedding dress experience I went to look and rule out styles and was very open to options - I was a blank canvas and a bit worried.I was out at ease, my stylist looked out various styles/shapes to try on and see what I liked/didn’t. I actually found the dress. - and I didn’t expect that at all. But my stylist listened to me, and I think that was half the battle! The service was great and I am really happy with my choice!
