Installed illegal Air Conditioner and left. Lasted a few weeks then furnace quit. Arranged appointment to return to repair and never came back since! Will not answer phone calls from my #. Terrible service at the end of it all! Call me back and explain please!! Then I will remove this 100% truthful statement!

This company was hired by my landlord in August 2018 to replace the air conditioning unit and clean the ductwork. Like others, I was confused to see a air compressor being used to blow out dust and dirt from the ducts. I was left with a huge mess to clean up.The furnace in the house was also broken. The air coming from the vent was almost nonexistent after the ac unit was installed. The 4 contracts told me everything was fine with the ac but the furnace needed a new blower motor for the air to sufficiently cool the home.After multiple appointments and months later the problems haven't been resolved.It's my opinion that if you are looking for a reliable company, hire a company who have good reviews from real customers.

The team came in the freezing night of Christmas and one more time after the new year. Very professional and walked me thru all the steps. Very easy to talk to and also affordable price. Greatly recommend.

Beware of a tricky owner and unprofessional company, had the misfortune of using them a few weeks back. All I'll say is if you use their services, don't let them touch anything and be very clear as to what exactly will be performed as far as work goes, I'm sure the few positive reviews here are from employees and family and friends. Brought them over for duct cleaning, of you consider using an air compressor to blow air into vents and get dust everywhere as duct cleaning" this is quiet literally what was performed

Please DO NOT hire them!!!Highly unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. They take pictures of a unit once they open it so they know which wire needs to go back where at the time of reassembly. They will claim that different models have different wiring so they need to do this, however, if they claim to have so much experience in this field, they should already know most of the models.They steal parts from other places and install those parts claiming those to be original and from the manufacturer. When you request for invoice, they will not show you or make a fake one. Most of the time, they deal in cash to avoid taxes, so they do not even provide their company invoice. They also repair very old parts and present as a new part.I am filing a complain against them with the BBB.They fixed the same AC 4 times, and told us different stories every time. First, the capacitor is broken, then the gas pressure is low, then the thermostat is old, and finally the motor is broken. However, in each instance, they never provided any invoice for the parts, and when asked they made excuses saying Customer Trust is very important".If you want old stolen parts in your house that will break in a few months
