Essential Home Inspection
Chuck was great! We scheduled him on short notice and he was available and arrived well on time. He spent a good 3+ hours walking through EVERY part of the house with us. He was asking us questions to make sure we understood what he was talking through and explaining problems further. The report was sent at a very fast timely manner after the inspection was over. He was very thorough. He came recommended from our realtor and now I am recommending him to all! Call him today!

Essential Home Inspection
I am very disappointed with the quality of our inspection. Steve inspected our house and it came back with no major issues. Now 5 months into home ownership I have found many obvious things that he should not have missed. The inspection report also stated that our furnace was functional, when there was no heat an HVAC company came out and found that it was wired incorrectly meaning that there was no way for it to have worked during the inspection itself. The service I received was rushed at best and I regret my choice in home inspector.

Chuck was able to get the inspection scheduled quickly to meet our deadline. Chuck and Steve were very detailed and efficient in their inspection explaining everything as they went along.
