Bernardo Karate And Cardio Kickboxing

I honestly wouldn’t suggest going here if you want to learn martial arts. I’ve been here a little bit over a year and haven’t learned much. It teaches first to tap sparring and not what it’s like to be in a real fight. This is mostly a sport and cardio place, not for martial arts. But, it’s a good place to boost your confidence.

We started attending training recently. My son really likes it. Attentive staff, good trainers. A good start for our age. Attention is paid to each child in training. .he is very interested in watching the adult gym, how the trainings are going on there. we continue to practice again after in the hall, it is very pleasing.

Amazing black belt instructors for karate class and I love that they switch up the instructors for the cardio kickboxing classes… it’s keeps it new and fun every time you go.

Aside from the obvious physical improvements, I’m really impressed with how much more disciplined and respectful my younger sister has become.The rates are quite reasonable for how much value you get.

Bernardo Karate and Cardio KickBoxing gets 5 stars from me everyday. Not only do I feel safe there during these crazy covid times but I feel safe bringing my kids there too. My kids enjoy karate and feel so supported by the staff team. I have joined Cardio Kickboxing and feel very supported from the staff and the other members as well. Thank you for all you do for our family.

Giving 1 start because I have no choice to not give a start. The WORST customer service I had ever received from a local business. Called to the Oxford location to simply ask a question, this was my second call, and the lady was basically in a rush to get me off the phone. Called back a week later to verify about the same topic/subject/question and the lady not only did not let me speak, right away she said no can't help, no we don't have it, call in another time (I needed to check to see if they had received a cheque sent to them in order to enroll me kid into classes).I asked her to please let me speak to let her know why I was calling back for the third time (a week later after the 2nd call), and she got aggressive and would not let me speak. I said to her I would have to report Bernardo Karate as the cheque showed it has been cashed, then she just proceeded to hang up on me. 5 mins later she called me to let me know that the cheque had been received and sent to the correct Bernardo Karate location. Why did she not check this before trying to dismiss me and being rude?Customer service goes along with good manners and the representation of the company. Now I do not feel like enrolling my kid with this business as it seems that customers are just a number and it is okay to treat them badly. Sooo wrong!
