As a client you do not have any value. They are NOT taking under consideration any complaints from their client and they only care about you and charging high rates for even sending simple e-mails and making short phone calls. Instead of working for their client, they are working against them. They do NOT communicate with the responsible parties in a professional manner and they are not explaining the other parties what your credentials are. They asked me to work on the issues by myself and even charge for this advice....

Me and my husband were planning to buy a business in Canada and got an agreement with Gowling. We chose to go with Mehmet Komurcu as he speaks Turkish. But he was not even close to be Professional. We stated our circumstances and the amount that we can afford to invest, they agreed to move on with these numbers. Even they stated that there will be extra costs, extra costs means a portion of the inveestment in all over the World not 100 % more. We asked for advisor change from Nurhan Aycan who is a partner of the company, but we do not have any response other than there is a misunderstanding. After this point with high advicing rates and times(even they are not advicing but play for more time), they keep charging even we request for termination of our contract. I advice you to AVOID any contact with that company unless you want to lose money as you do not get any results.

Extremely disappointed in the rude demeanor in which I was spoken to by their Legal Assistant (Nancy Millar) today insinuating that my company was lying to them and that she hoped" that in their thorough inspection they would not find transactions between my company and the garnished ex employee. So rude and I am absolutely disgusted. Any company that would speak to another company in which WAS employing someone they have garnished does not deserve your business. I would not recommend this company to anyone."

Most unethical lawyers in Canada. Money hungry crooks and should be ashamed of yourself for scamming hard working small business owners out money. Mia Laister-Peck should have her license take alway. During pandemic running up her billable hours to rob small business owner because she’s hired by bank.

Daniel Cole contributed to the verbal abuse of staff and then lied about the interaction. Definitely not the person I would want to be represented by.
