It's really unfortunate that I'm giving these guys 1 star as it was mostly caused by the quality of the products and ashleys guest care services. I don't have any complaints with in store services. The sales representative Pulkit provided my boyfriend and I with impeccable service.We were guaranteed brand new items. My boyfriend ordered a stand that was not only delivered to him in the wrong packaging but the product also had a ton of scratches all over (looked like a floor model and used). We had to schedule a technician to come and look at the product to see if it could be repaired. Technician came about a week later and as the stand was not repairable, we requested for an exchange of a brand new item. It took about a couple weeks for us to receive the exchanged stand. We got white glove service however product was delivered to us in a moving blanket and was damaged at the bottom with a few scratches. We did not accept the item and once again requested that we received a brand new closed box item. In the end we got the closed box item but it was a hassle as it took several weeks to get this sorted out.I had a second purchaser that was being delivered to another location. I ordered a dresser which i received brand new in the correct packaging and also closed box. Unfortunately screws were missing at the bottom and there were some not so visible scratches that were easily repairable. Once again i had to wait 48 hours to schedule for a technician to come over, technician came about a week later. The technician was not able to repair the item, and said that there was a manufacturer defect. I went through another exchange, received another brand new dresser, and this time one of the drawers wouldnt push in all the way along with a small chip at the very top.I again had to wait 48 hours just to schedule for a technician to come and repair the item. Luckily enough the technician was able to fix the issue. This also took several weeks to get sorted out.Guest care is hit and miss when it comes to quality of service. Some of the staff were pleasant but also very confused everytime we called in for status updates. I also felt like many times we were getting a lot of run around and not getting full transparency of what was actually going on from the back end. Couple times when talking to guest care the line would randomly get disconnected.Ashley is quick to take your money, but after that, good luck with getting the same quality of service as guest care in my opinion sucks and there's no guarantee on the quality of products you'll be getting upon delivery.Worst experience ever.

I do love the product that I purchased. But the issue I have is that got their Firestone credit card because I couldn't withdraw the amount the amount needed. Well I paid it off in full. Got a few 0 balance bills to find out I've been charged another $400 dollars in insurance that I have paid. Called both Ashley and Firestone to sort it out. I got told Ashley would get back to me and of course they didn't. Now I find out it's gone to collections. So be very careful how you buy from this store. You could be in for a suprise down the road

Les was very helpful and courteous. I walked in and one sales associate was sitting on her phone and didn't even look up to greet me. After being in the store for almost three minutes, he was the only one who came over, and introduced himself and offered to help. He helped me to secure my product. Great customer service skills Les!!! The five stars is for him.

I had a great experience at Ashley Homestore. Aaliya helped us as we walking around the store picking out things we liked and making estimates for us. The deals were great and everything was top quality. I managed to walk out of the store with everything that I needed for a great price. Will definitely go back for any other furniture needs

I wish there could be a -5 negative star to this brand. They are actually getting the money out of customer pocket by the name of restocking fees. This is their business strategy.If you do not like the product you can exchange by paying 10% restocking fees, and if you want to completely refund the product it will be 25% restocking fees. What the deal this is.Please make sure to read every single word of terms and conditions before buying the product.The guest care is a nightmare, they hang up the phone saying we will call you back with the options and never call back.They take their time to not answering the issue and after 15 days they said you’re not eligible to return any more.How smart !!!Now you look for the store manger to support at branch level & the poor manager does not have any ability to solve the problem, they always go by policy which you already signed and they always sorry to say the policy is from Ashley not written by them. How cool!!Please do not trust Ashley brand anymore, they will shattered your trust in a minute.

She patiently listened to our needs and suggested the best furniture we looked for. We are very happy with her service. I would recommend Ashley’s for many reasons. First of all the quality or furniture cannot be matched. The warranty offered is incredible. The service provided by our representative was unbelievable. We left spending a lot of money but felt comfortable doing so.

Very pathetic service and not professional at all.We brought a mattress and other stuff post landing in Canada considering brand name Ashley.Queen mattress we chose was noted and some other model was billed and delivered on 23rd March.Despite contacting guest care, sending mails and explaining issue multiple times, nothing happened.It is almost a month and a half, no positive response from them, every time I am assured that store will get in touch with me, but no use.Pls ensure everything is in order before choosing Ashley, post delivery, it seems they don't care !!
