Worse front desk experience in my life, I guess if you are not Asian or speak Chinese you don't exist for this lady. It's called racisms too. Avoid to go there, just wondering why this woman still working there with the amount of bad reviews she has .

My experience with the virtual system was excellent. When I called to confirm my appointment, the receptionist was very polite and helpful. Dr. Wang called me within minutes of the scheduled time, she kindly answered my questions and was professional.

Money driven, blows my mind that a practitioner can be so unprofessional and incompassionate with not a shred of human decency left in her. Not only is Wang negligent, yelling and verbally assaulting patient should not be part of the job. Do yourself a favour and never come to this place ever.
