Never shopped here before and never will again. Placed an online order for delivery. Site says 40-50min. I received a few texts saying my order was confirmed and being worked on and then another message saying my order will be sent out as soon as possible. Then nothing. I waited an hour and then phoned the store. Guy answered and said no delivery before 6:00. I said it was a bit disingenuous to say as soon as possible when in reality it would be 6 hours. He was rude and short with me throughout the entire conversation so I cancelled my order.

Witnessed a budtender turn down a customer wearing a ponytail bandanna claiming that the customer could be gang affiliated. The hair tie was clearly from Ardene's as I also have one and it's clearly fashioned as a hair tie. Bandanna design or not this was a case of ignorance of the worst kind. Budtender should be ashamed of themselves. Took the air right out of that poor girls sails. I turned around and shopped at another store as that was absolutely disgraceful behavior. I will not be returning.

I have never had a bad experience at this store. Every time I go in the employees are engaging and are able to give some good recommendations. It's obvious they aren't just trying to make a sale, they actually care about the product, and their store. They won't upsell a high priced product just to make more money if they know it isn't fire. My only downside is it's not the easiest building to get into but they offer delivery as well.
