I love my new bed from Hoft home!! The shipping was very quick and the customer service was excellent! I had a few questions about the bed I purchased and their company in general and the fellow I spoke to was very nice and helpful! You can really tell how high quality this bed is - it is such a beautiful piece of furniture. It was fairly easy to set up and took under an hour. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Long story short, I purchased 4 dining chairs for the first time with Hoft Home and all the boxes and furniture arrived damaged. To be fair they did issue me a refund but the process took a while and required much effort especially on mypart eg. sending emails, calling, following up etc. First impressions is everything to me, so unfortunately I’m very hesitant to give them another chance.

I had the same issue as noted below (see review by C. Brown) with a table joint cracking, in this case, after 2 weeks of use. Similar reassurances (as others note) from Customer Service to make it right" and needing to " hear back from the Parts Department" due to the fact that this is a "unique situation". Clearly this is a flawed design and/or manufacturing defect

The dining set that we purchased from Hoft Home has exceeded our expectations. We are able to fit our family of 8 adults comfortably. Joel from customer support team has been exceptional and we will definitely advocate on Hoft’s behalf.

Ordered the Clarkson Table & Rus dining chairs and had an overall great experience with Hoft. I would give 10/10 for their customer service, communication and making good on any issues. The 4/5 rating is because a few of the chairs showed up broken so that's more on their manufacturer to package better & the sense of disappointment that multiple pieces were broken. What was not disappointing was how Hoft handled the situation. They did so quickly and the replacements were in perfect shape. They are prompt/friendly/professional in helping & ensuring the experience is positive by the end. I absolutely recommend Hoft. The table and chairs look great in our staff lounge, nice quality, very modern. Joel & Ivan were top notch!! Thanks so much for the wonderful attention to issues & terrific communication.

Shipping was awful, arrived late and then when it did arrive the boxes were all ripped and broken like other reviewers. Then we finally go to put our dining table together and the holes don’t line up with one of the table legs. Customer service very slow to get back to me, ordered this table December 5, more than a month later and I have an unusable table lying on my floor with no answers from the company. Terrible experience.

Amazing products! Their furniture is so stylish and stunning. All the furniture I purchased was easy to put together, and most took only a few steps! The service and shipping were nothing but exceptional. This company is very well put together and organized. One of the best online purchases and companies I’ve ever come across. I love my new table and chairs.

Beautiful side table for our dining room. Still playing around with decorating. Spacious drawers and cabinet. Arrived in great condition and easy to assemble.

Hoft Home is a great company all of the items are constructed from super high quality materials and everything arrived on time and in great condition. The customer support promptly answered all of my questions prior to purchase and any inquiries I had during the purchase. Highly recommend!
