Best Western Plus hotels all provide such consistently good service. While I didn't have the opportunity to visit the pool on this visit, I was happy to see the lodge aesthetic carried forward into the room design. I'm always happy to see included breakfast, and the option to pack yourself a boxed breakfast (after 6am) is much appreciated by those of us on field programs!

We have stayed here a few times to break up drives, the hotel is great, location is nice being away from town by a few minutes. Great staff, food, rooms and amenities.

Good stop enroute to Jasper. The rooms are fine albeit a bit small due to the 2 double beds. The parking side gets a little bit noisy at night or early morning. Rooms at the back might be quieter.Try to catch Happy Hour from 4 to 6pm. Beers are only $6 and they offer a range of small meals for around $6-8.Breakfast is included.Overall, a good place to stay overnight.

Pros: Rooms were clean. Extra room towels were available on request. Morning complimentary breakfast was generally good. Scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon and ham were available. The bacon could have been cooked more for my liking though. Also available was Waffles and cereals. The Location of the hotel made it convenient as its situated right behind Valemounts rentable Cabins. So if you have people in the Cabins the hotel is an easy walk to most of the Cabins.Cons: Rooms were small, which didn't leave any room for just hanging out" if you wanted to get away from family for a bit. Hotel is a ways out of town which makes it a challenge if you need to drunk walk home

Great clean hotel! The room layout is unusual with 3 beds in a row, but definitely tolerable. The complementary breakfast was really good!

Great location rooms are nice . The lounge is very comfortable. The food is probably great for the area. We found the food a bit pub-ish, but not at all bad just not what we like. The breakfast was typical hot continental. Winter brings in all the sleders from the area. Must have been a few million worth of trucks and snowmobile trailers in the lot which is well lit up. Looks like a great place for the families and folk that enjoy that sport. We were just passing through. All in all a great stop

The pool with slide is definitely a highlight. Breakfast was good, it looked lik they had actually made the eggs rather than heat up premade scrambled eggs. Rooms are not much to write about.

We had a pet friendly room on the first floor which worked out perfectly. The room was clean and well laid out as we had one with a living area and a separate bedroom. Our tv didn't work and we had five staff come to try to solve the issue - while we didn't get it working during our stay, we really appreciated the attempts from the staff. The trail is wonderful behind the hotel, and it was nice to be able to eat on the patio with our dog with us as it was too hot to leave her in the car.

Amazing place and gorgeous mind-blowing decor and comfort.Mine was a base rate room I do recall.The resteraunt was good , a tad over priced but good.The rest of the facilities were GREAT!Parking lot is kinda small considering all the idiots with their trailers that park in there, and it's still a few minuts out of town in case you had wanted to do anything there or had been walking.But otherwise, perfect. LOVVVE the coffee bar area set up. Super convenient and a very nice touch
