19 Dec '22Dedicated to Steve Childs, Manager and Chantal, Admin Office....I have very recently purchased two items... But with minor delays mainly caused by me and being indecisive, Steve went above and beyond to adjust the issues with excellent friendly service and good deals!Chantal is a gem! For every e-mails I wrote and phone calls I made, she was on top of things 100%!!! Friendly too!Delivery guys were polite and friendly but lack a little bit on delicateness.Happy holidays Hotchkiss! Really needed help for a gift for my wife of a recliner and had been searching for days and checked out every other furniture store in town and no one was willing to help me on dec 23rd or 24th…these guys came through even though their warehouse team was slammed and they had a great price on a new recliner for my wife. She was over the moon for it and said I had picked out the perfect one! She won’t get out of it now! Thanks guys for the great service!
