We did a virtual Spanish cooking class with Erica and it was AMAZING! Easy to follow, a pile of fun, and absolutely DELICIOUS! Highly recommend!

I received two Blend Catering virtual cooking classes for my birthday this year. They were the Indian Affair and Oh My Thai. The classes were both so much fun!Erica is a great person with such an amazing personality, and she puts all that into her work with you over the two hour cooking class! She talks so passionately about all the ingredients and teaches you about all the small things that go into making a beautiful and delicious dish. The classes are not just for beginners. I already had experience with cooking and really enjoy it, and learning about new foods/techniques etc. She made the whole experience really informative and fun! The food came out amazing for both of the classes, these will definitely be recipes I will cook again!I'm excited to take more of her classes in the future, and hopefully one day in person!

Lebanese Online Cooking Class was amazing. Thanks to Chef Erica we can now cook authentic Lebanese food. This was our first class with Erica and she is very personable and patient. We had to hustle to get through all the menu items but still had time for a little beverage while following along. Erica was very approachable when the class was finished as we unfortunately lost our power for the last 20 minutes of the class but completed our meal with Erica’s help.

Attended a cooking class with my wife and two friends. Chef Erica was fantastic, making sure we all learned everything we need to know to make the dishes in the class, plus extra knowledge that is useful in every day cooking! The recipes were amazing (we did the Vegan Middle Eastern class) and we got copies of all of them at the end. The class was well organized, ran efficiently and we had an amazing group meal at the end. Communication from Blend was great before and after the course as well. We will definitely do another class!

We hired Blend Catering for our intimate wedding 3 weeks ago and they did not disappoint. We had all day service from breakfast to dinner and everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. Chef Erica was flexible and professional in every interacting making our day happen the way we wanted! We’ve worked with Erica multiple times throughout the last few years and every experience has been beyond exceptional. Erica has catered events at our venue and the quality of her food and service is top notch. We've also recently hired Erica to do a virtual cooking class for our 250 members and it was a huge success. She designed a delicious 3-course menu with a full shopping list, and hosted a virtual cooking class so that our members could follow along at home. The cooking class was incredible, and our participants loved it. Erica was equally entertaining and informative, and her infectious personality and passion for food is one of a kind!

Chef Erica’s Lebanese Meza class was extremely entertaining and informative at the same time. I took the option of picking up the ingredients from her the day before. Everything was fresh and well organized and labeled. We received the recipes and a list of utensils that we would need. It was a super fast paced course with tons of tips and lots of laughs. I have some experience cooking in restaurants but I still learned all kinds of knife skills and tips about spices and seasonings. I really enjoyed how while we were waiting for everyone to catch up she entertained us with interesting stories about her family and background. I would highly recommend her classes to both novice and cooks with some experience!

Loved this cooking session! Erica is a culinary queen. She not only shared three recipes that we got hands on time and instruction to make ourselves but she also revealed a few secret chef tips. Her passion for teaching was evident and really helped get our whole group excited and invested in turning out some homemade pasta creations that were sensational!

Loved everything about Erica's virtual cooking in Spain.She had everything this you needed to feel like you were in Spain.From a Spanish play list and cocktail recommendation. We had the food package as well, which was awesome. All portioned and high quality ingredients. Erica was very informative and lots of fun.Can't wait to take a trip somewhere else with her.

Erica was such a delight to work with and her food was delicious! I got a take home meal from her for the Burlington Chamber of Commerce's Virtual Gala, and it was amazing and came with easy instructions to follow once I got home with my meal. Thanks Erica!
