Jody was recommended to us from our realtor in Alberta and he did not disappoint!Working quickly with us during our holiday to Kelowna, Jody first met with us to get a great idea about what we were looking for and determine what our values were in looking for a new home, then set us up with an exhaustive list of houses meeting our general criteria for us to review, and then very quickly set up a bunch of viewings for us to explore before we went back home. During our viewings Jody was able to show us a range of different neighbourhoods and styles of houses so we could get a feel for how to better narrow our search criteria. Having not found anything suitable during the first day of viewings, we then refined our criteria and went out on a second day which ultimately did result in us finding a house we were thrilled with.As we headed back to Alberta, Jody was great at working with us from a distance to very easily navigate the buying process with him over e-mail for the next couple months. Jody is an amazing real estate agent. Our house sale was difficult because it was completed while I was in the U.S. This necessitated multiple phone calls, emails, and texts. Jody kept me informed every step of the way, was very knowledgeable about the housing market, and set the price just right so that it sold very quickly.
