We used this company to obtain a Certificate of Location for the sale of our property in Montreal. The company promised us they would have the certificate ready before the sale of our property, but only delivered it to the notary several days after the sale! We were lucky to have an old certificate that was still valid, so the sale went through, phew. Amazingly, Gascon Arpenteurs still sent me a bill for 700$. When I wrote to them with proof that they had missed the mark, they denied any error on their part!! Fortunately I kept copies of all documents showing they failed to deliver on time as promised, so I have proof if I ever have to go to authorities. In brief, I would be very careful about using this company if you have an important real estate transaction. There are many other more reputable companies in Montreal that are trustworthy. Better safe than sorry, avoid this particular company.

Pour leur professionalisme, la qualité de leur service à la clientèle et l'exactitude de leurs plans, je les recommande fortement. Cela fait plusieurs années que je fais affaire avec des arpenteurs-géomètres et je n'aurais plus besoin de chercher, je vais refaire affaire avec eux sans hésiter!
