Time for a real review here.Food is okay. Got combo B for lunch and a spring roll.1. Spring roll was frozen in the middle not fresh they did make another one for me ant that was fine.2. Says it comes with chicken fried rice. Was more of a vegetable egg fried rice no chicken in it at all.3. Noodles were a bit on the salty sides but edible.4. Sweet and sour pork was good.I can confidently say I wont come back.

Worth going to check it out! The service is excellent, the food is in the top 15% of westernized Chinese food that I've tried in the lower mainland. Their Hot and Sour soup is a must try!! A much better replacement from the old restaurant that used to be in this location.

The food is tasty, and you get good sized portions as expected. It is very much Canadian-style Chinese food, not authentic Chinese food, but it hit the spot for me when I was in a hurry. The lady was friendly and efficient. Lots of free parking and open on Sundays.

I think it is always important to rate any restaurant against the standard it should achieve. This is important when considering Golden Medal. This is not authentic and refined Chinese. Rather, it is westernized Chinese food that is common across Canada and they do it well.The decor here is in need of a refresh. There is visible wear and tear. Maintenance and updating have been put off, likely the fault of the previous Chinese restaurant that occupied this space. Even the outside signage is in desperate need of replacement. Things are clean though and there is obviously an effort to present the best face of the old space. It is not overly distracting and should not deter you from considering a dine-in experience.Service here is very friendly and efficient. Tea was recommended to us due to the wet and cold weather outside, this was a thoughtful gesture. Our order was taken without any delay. There was some dialogue to find out our interests and ensure we were satisfied. It met our needs in a very helpful and personal way.The food we had was fresh and well done. I was surprised at some delicate flavor profiles that are not often found in this style of food. Vegetables were cooked but also remained crisp. The almond chicken was nicely battered and the nuts were fresh. Portion size was large and we walked out with leftover containers.Is this a good choice for a meal that is large enough for most appetites. It is westernized Chinese and they do a good job delivering that style of food.

Don't judge a book by its cover. We had 2nd thoughts as we pulled into the parking lot, but Service fast and friendly. Fresh tasting and hot. Portions were large.

Disappointed. I expected better from a place that has 2 locations. Hopefully their won't be a third. Ordered several items for delivery. The egg roll filling was ice cold. The honey garlic boneless pork was breaded and soggy. The only palatable dish was the almond chicken. ....not enough to bring me back unfortunately.

This place was great! The food was amazing and the portions were very large for the price. The service was also great! Glad we stopped in and tried it. I had one of the specials and the chicken was amazing!

Price is not expensive compare to others.Food was fresh and yummy.I will come back again ^^

Great service ,and the portion sizes are very generous on all 4 items take out ordered. ALL wasVery delicious. The beef and broccoli was cooked perfectly. I Highly recommend Golden Medal restaurant in Langley thanks
