Really delicious sausages! Been here twice and each time it has been quality. They have a lot of marinades, mustards, and spices - need more Honey mustard base selection, as I am not a fan of Dijon.

My family and I really love their sausages and they have many local artisan products like Beatrice chocolate or La Fougère already made lunches. It's also a nice idea to serve hot dogs with their own sausages and nice bread. They have a nice seating area to eat outside during the summer too. I haven't really had a bad sausage from them yet. Just be prepared to pay extra for the nice products

Love this shop! Fresh made sausage to take home or a select few to be cooked on site and thrown into a bun with your choice of ingredients! So good...can also buy spices and herbs and marinades as well. Highly recommended

WOW!!! I was blown away by the selection of sausage and they're creative and mouthwatering flavors. The young man serving me was the epitome of excellent customer service and made me feel very welcome and not anoyed by my lack of french. That said,I feel the having bilingual signage would definitely improve sales , also samples. Overall a wonderful experience and I'm so glad it's in my town.

Very sad to see this gem close its doors. I'll stock up on some of my favourite products: William - Swiss, Lime Coriander, Chicken Curry, and their delicious home made mustard sauce.Drop by before December 23rd to have a chance to eat one European Sandwich!*****Never disappointed, their sausages are great. The store offers European sandwich (fancy hotdog) for about $9 CAD.They also carry some products form local / Quebec producers, including beer.Great to visit during spring/summer when the Aylmer's farmers market is open.

Really bad attitude! when we received the foods, find out they were miss one sandwich, so we went back to ask for it. And their attitude shows just like we were lying! Really bad service! The sandwich also not worth the price!

This place is really good, it’s a new owner and super nice person. The previous owner where very nice also.It’s new local and so beautiful.It’s difficult to get good serve and the girl that served me as Exellent service.

YUM.If you like a good grilled sausage, you'll be in sausage heaven at this place. Recently had out of town family visit, we BBQ'd several varieties and I got an email from my visiting aunt once she got home to pick up and deliver a huge amount - (4 from each variety) which we brought her when we went there to visit.And, their sandwiches?Can't be beat and they are an incredibly reasonably priced given the ROI!YUM.

This place is worth every penny of its higher than grocery store prices. The artisinal sausages and weiners are very good and there is a wonderful selection of flavors to try.
