Brian Couperus and his team have done a number of large projects for us over the past 3 years (replaced retaining wall, refinished swimming pool deck and coping, re-gravelled driveway, and repaved front entrance way). We are very pleased with their work and will be using them again.

We used Renew to do our project in June/2022. Bryan was timely and completed the job quickly. We are pleased with the hardscape, but the plantings left a lot to be desired. We were charged a fortune for plants, and were shocked at what was actually planted. I spoke to Bryan about it, and he said that he should have indicated that the prepping of the beds etc, was included in the price. I still felt we were way overcharged for what we got, but decided to let it go. There was an expensive Japanese maple tree that was planted, with no instructions for proper care. The tree died over the winter, and when I contacted Bryan about it, he nonshalantly said that he is no expert in the planting area, and that he doesn't warranty for more that a month. If he is no expert in the planting area, he shouldn't be offering those services. I will certainly not be recommending Renew to any of the friends, because Bryan does not stand by his work.

Bryan and his team were absolutely exceptional, their work was a 10 out of 10. We were highly impressed with their attitude, morality, and conscientious work ethic while on the job. The final result was great.They worked hard and we ended up with a great backyard. Patio, armour stone and gravel designs were awesome. We will have them back to do more.Everyone who has seen the results have been impressed.
