The BCAA Hillside Centre has great service.They are up front about how long they will need your vehicle and usually finished before the estimated time.The staff are cheerful and knowledgeable and the atmosphere here is great.Their tire tech (named) Mitchell is the best wheel/tire balancer I have ever seen.Visit them and you won't be disappointed!

Fast and friendly service. Made an appointment online and didn't have to wait long. Knowledgeable insurance agent who explained everything in plain english. In and out of there in 15 minutes for car insurance renew.

If you consider a travel insurance you first want to talk to BCAA. The Hillside office has competent advisers in finding you the most cost effective options. My adviser Daniel Lodewyk explained the many options I have and I settled for a 30 day annual as it is the most effective for my needs and travel plans.

Lost my membership card - Called the local branch because I didn’t want to wait calling the call centre. Great idea, the woman who answered the phone was super friendly and helped me get a new card ordered right away. All in took less than 5 minutes. Seemed very knowledgeable with all of the other (insurance, discount) things bcaa can do for me. Very impressed with the service altogether.

While our initial experience at BCAA was positive, unfortunately I cannot say anything else was. We went for a home insurance quote, and we ended up requiring the insurance earlier than I anticipated. I followed up via email with the agent as instructed to explain when we needed the insurance and provide an update. I was clear about a deadline in less than two weeks. The agent never returned our communication. We would not consider BCAA for our insurance needs in the future.
