From start to finish the “care” we received from SE Health for my late mother was terrible. Always late/not showing up for scheduled visits, calling last minute to cancel visits, caregivers falling asleep on the job and taking 5 hours to show up after she passed to pronounce her deceased. If you are considering doing care at home for a loved one, spare yourself with a company like this and do hospice.

My husband has a Stage 3 pressure wound on his bottom and has been going to SE for wound care. What a joke. Different nurses every time and too many fish in the pond. Nobody seems to know how to best treat my husband. They have yet to figure out how to treat himand to heal the wound. I feel so bad for my husband who is still in so much pain. Not a happy wife here.

This has to be the worst place to get after care from when leaving the hospital, they have no schedule time for visits it’s on their time…they make you sit around and wait. They get here and don’t even know how to get the IV machine running so they call to have someone tell them how to do it, then they leave and the line needs to be primed , you call them and they just tell you to unhook it as they can’t come back, horrible service all around , I do not recommend them at all. Would be nice to see all their certifications as I’m sure they don’t have any. I was to have a pic line removed and was told someone would be at my home by 10am to remove it, I had a funeral visitation to go to at noon and have now been sitting around waiting for someone to show up, worst communication ever. I highly recommend getting care else where as you are not a priority at all when you are at home waiting for them, so disrespectful in all areas ! Horrible experience ever. They put on their notes they are RPN’s I highly doubt that ! Run the other way when offered care from this place , trust me ! Not even an apology from them and it is disgusting! They do not care about the patients, they get paid hourly and when they come they are here for under 10minutes and run out the door, and then wonder why there are issues, well do the job right and have some compassion in what you do or go find another job! Horrible service!

We were ghosted by another company, who will remain nameless, after my husband left the hospital with complex wounds on his abdomen. We had to briefly use private nursing services until his contract could be picked up by someone else. St. Elizabeth’s has been absolutely wonderful in picking up my husband’s contract. The nurses are knowledgeable and provide him with top notch care. Kelsi, Nader, and Natalie are amazing!St. Elizabeth’s care has been on par with the private nursing services my husband received. No complaints with nursing or communication with the main office. We continue to use them for pump disconnect services related to my husband’s cancer care.

Their front line workers and nurses are amazing! However, office staff are rude and treat their clients like garbage. Never try to seek any help from Renee, Pam and Wendy. I did and they made me feel very bad. Many of their wonderful workers and clients left that place because of the way these people treated them. Management is very supportive of their office staff but does not do a single thing to help their clients and workers.

Been coming for over 6 months weekly. First was home visits when we come when they want in street and comfortable home clothes (dirty). Thrn i came to the clinic (dirty) nurses are nice but often not there for appointment on time. They have no organization system the left and right hand have idea what the other does. The whole company has maybe 1 good employee. Wish i could get better rating but they need to step the game up.

Avoid this place when it comes to a job, if you see them on Indeed..RUN away. The management here is AWFUL, they take vacations and do not notify their teams so if you need them your SOL, coordination can also be awful. They fed this idea of doing their HSW/PSW course, it being awesome and making so much money while helping out your community and even earning travel. It's all a lie! They train HSWs and have you doing the work of a PSW without the PSW title or pay. Every other company who employs HSWs does NOT have their HSWs doing a PSWs job. Run far away and go somewhere else where you won't be treated like garbage.

Just a brief note of thanks to all of the nurses who took good care of me during my recovery. Deshi, Ledan, Joy, Megan, Publi, Gerry and Rob.(please forgive the spelling)But a very special thanks to Tia who was here the majority of the time and graciously put up with my jokes and crazy stories. You are all professional, thorough and caring.
