Shane from Reliance came to check an issue we were having with our furnace unit and AC unit. He was very clear on explaining what the issue was, how to fix the issue and measurements we can take to extend the life of our units. He also gave some suggestions on possible upgrades to consider in the future but didn’t make us feel like it was an immediate expense we had to consider today to get our AC working again during these very hot summer days. Very happy with his service and next time we need Reliance I will put in a request to have him be our technician

Shane did an amazing job repairing our air conditioning unit. He went above and beyond to make sure we were aware of what the issues were, and how they needed to be resolved. When Shane finished the job he made sure that all of our needs were met! I’ve never had a bad experience with Reliance and would recommend them to anyone.

Our AC stopped working and Reliance was able to get us an immediate appointment for someone to assess it. The technician that came, Shane, was very professional and thorough in his investigation, explaining everything as he went along. Our AC situation turned out to be a bit more complicated, but he helped set up a follow up appointment and also helped us with our thermostat. We really appreciate Shane and would recommend Reliance to everyone!

We were in need of updating our Furnace, Ac and Water tank. Reliance sent Brandon to give us a quote and go over all the logistics. He is very knowledgeable, kind and answered every question we had. We decided to go ahead with the installation, it was too good a deal to pass up. On the day of the installation we recieved a call letting us know their eta. They rolled out the red carpet" and got to work. When the installation was completed they walked us through our new thermostat set up and took us around to explain everything that was new/changed and answered any other questions we had. The experience was seamless and they were very respectful of our time and home environment.Thanks again!"

We recently had our water heater, air conditioner and furnace changed. Reliance staff were so professional! They presented our options to us with no pressure. Once we made a decision, installation was quickly scheduled, their team was on time, they were quick and efficient. The staff also took their time to explain in detail what they will be doing, signs to look for if necessary and anything else that was important for us to know.

We were extremely lucky to have Reliance Technician, Shane, answer our service call for our water-heater that was not functioning. Shane was extremely professional, skilled and courteous. He was able to diagnose and repair the issue(s) without delay, and offered a lot of further long-term care advice for the appliance. Shane was excellent and I can only hope he is the Technician dispatched to our home if we need to make another service call - thank you Shane!

Sales advisor was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. They checked back to make sure the install went as expected. Installers were excellent and finished the install within their expected time frame. The treated our place as if it was their own and when they were done they cleaned up so well that it was hard to say if anyone had be been here installing an air conditioner. Great job!
