Pan-Zeng Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine

My experience at the Pan- Zeng clinic has been nothing short of miraculous. In 2020 thru to 2022 I had extremely painful nerve pain going down both arms into my fingers. I had seen a multitude of specialists with no relief and my last hope was to see the doctor who was the Head Surgeon for the Royal Jubilee Hospital. He was unable to help me due to the extent of my injury and the fact that surgery was unlikely to resolve my problem and was just too risky. He did however suggest that acupuncture could be a helpful alternative and referred me to Dr Pan at the Pan - Zeng clinic.When I first saw Dr Pan he took the time to explain the complexity of my nerve damage and explained how he would try to help relieve some of the pain and we would see how much progress we could achieve. After a year and a bit I'm so grateful to Dr Pan as I no longer have any nerve pain in either arm and only have some mild tension from time to time that is resolved fairly quickly with a treatment. This was an issue that many doctors had previously told me I would just have to live with and so whatever your issue may be I strongly encourage you to keep searching for a cure and the Pan - Zeng clinic would be an excellent option to explore. Both Fiona and Gang are caring, attentive, knowledgeable, experienced, and highly qualified acupuncturists whose skill brings rapid relief from aches and injuries.No referrals from a physician are needed and online reservations are easy.We highly recommend Pan-Zeng Health Centre.

Dr.Pan has a nice manner on the outside.. friendly, calm, caring, etc., but underneath, he is quite hostile.surprised as i was, i witnessed very unprofessional behaviour from him when he could not 'fix' the problem i was having, and he indirectly shifted the blame to me. and i never complained about a thing.. i thought we were making progress and were going to continue to do so.while i was confused and talking to him politely with total respect, he spoke rudely to me looking down his nose, he was cutting me off making me feel wrong and totally unheard. he used gaslighting tactics and shame. and all over nothing!i was shocked and hurt.shame on you Dr.Pan, you don't have the right to treat someone like they are beneath you!especially when they were very kind to you and trusted you and gave you total respect the entire time!during sessions he also made a couple comments that were kind of competitive. i found him to be insecure.very poor emotional intelligence from him.it is sad to see a person of this position that does good work, have such a fragile ego and take advantage of a kind patient.i am glad people are getting good results with their treatment from him as that is what matters mostly and i am sure most people think he's a great guy.but beware the ever smiling, calm, nice guys....!i'm just glad i found someone else who is truly a great acupuncturist and a more emotionally balanced soul.

Pan Zeng Acupuncture has been foundational for my health and well being for over 15 years.Both Gang and Fiona have always taken a personal and professional interest in my health. Over the years acupuncture has relieved me of stress, improved my immunity and has been essential for my overall good health in countless ways. Most recently experiencing long covid and coming out of it quickly with a few weekly acupuncture treatments. Dr. Gang Pan is incredible. He has helped with my knee issues and has provided significant relief since seeing him. I highly recommend seeing him for treatment.
