Great units, well maintained and the snow is always cleared in a timely manner. I have work gear that I need daily stored here, so I'm in and out all day. The customer service from everyone is amazing.

I've been storing stuff here for years and have never had a problem. It can be a bit annoying if you have multiple lockers with some of them on the upper level and some on the lower because you have to keep re-entering your code over and over.Otherwise the place is kept very clean and everyone who works there is very professional.

This is my worst experience I ever had in my lifetime with a story the owner doesn't understand that we can make mistake and then do we get cut off from getting in to the story to get my stuff. But I guess Mr Bruce is amazing man he never does mistake so he doesn't have any problem you can tell him to hurt is wrong what goes around comes around sir take care

Courtney and her co workers are amazing. After 2000+ KM’s to a house not fit for rats these girls preformed a miracle to find storage space for a very tired, frustrated family.Simply outstanding service.

They make it really easy to complete the process of renting a storage unit, and the 24 hour access means that you can move things in or out of the unit whenever works for you.

Metro Self Storage in Bayers Lake is an awesome choice.I need a place to store some family antique furniture for about 18 months. We rented a climate-controlled unit that was in a building you could drive in. From the moment you stepped out of the car you were in the climate-controlled environment! I could not believe how incredibly clean this place was. Not once did I go to the unit and see dirt and debris from the cars in the drive through part of the building. The hallways to the units were also extremely clean. The front desk staff that were pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend Metro Self Storage in Bayers Lake.

Do not ever use this place to store your belongings. My boyfriend and I used metro self storage about a year ago and had all kinds of stuff was stolen. My boyfriend sat with the manager and security when the security stated that this has happened before. Not only was the staff not helpful but recently we went up to grab boxes and asked the same lady we dealt with when the stuff was originally stolen (the manager) if this place was secure and the manager said they have never had any issues with theft, she clearly had not recognized my boyfriend from the innocent that happened a year ago. He then said to the manger that Is not true. I had stuff stolen from my locker. Do you not remember me?? Do not use this company. Your property will not be in good hands and the staff is dishonest.
