Cute little store with a huge selection of healthy and natural treats! The lady who worked there was incredibly friendly. As promised, here is the picture for her! So Im saddened to write this review for I have been coming to this store for awhile now. I love the lady who is always there with her lovely daughter. They are so pleasant and kind with such good vibes. I love supporting local family-owned businesses. However recently it seems like her sister has been running things and first impression was not good. She just had this negative vibe about her and was very arrogant in the way she talked. I came back to the store again to give the benefit of the doubt but she snarked at the food i was buying which was extremely rude and also just strange. These are YOUR products you are carrying. She clearly should not be in the customer service industry and has a lot to learn about how to communicate with people in a more pleasant and respectful manner. Its truly a shame and i hope the other sister will come back soon!

I was surprised to find a better selection of hay products for my foster bunny that I wasn't expecting to find -- better than the major pet stores!

The customer service and help here is amazing! The prices are also very fair - a bit cheaper than some of the bigger stores. I would highly recommend Faithful Friends Pet!

Nice little family run pet supplies store. If they dont carry the item you want you can request for them to try and get it for you. I stopped going to petsmart and tisol and only go here. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, lots cute toys for pets. Something really cute and cool for pets. Not the general pet shop such as pets mart or tisol, this is a unique pet shop. I definitely will come back!

It's a small store, but has tons of amazing products! I highly recommend this store to family and friends. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable about the products. It was great to go in and know that they have healthy food at reasonable prices for all our pets- 1 snake, 2 dogs and 2 cats. Much appreciated!
