May Rose was amazing to deal with. She is very professional and had lots of suggestions/input towards my bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets. They turned out AMAZING!! She went above and beyond to make sure we could transport them from Calgary to Canmore and keep them looking beautiful. And holy man you can not beat her prices!!!! Highly highly recommend!!!! 10 stars if I could. :):)

DO NOT ORDER YOUR BOUQUET FROM HERE!!First of all, the bouquet i received was not the bouquet i ordered. I asked for white and dusty rose roses and i got yellow roses instead. So i called her and told her the flowers are yellow and not white and her response was no thats your lighting.. the roses were not even fresh, they looked like they were gonna die when i received them. By 2 pm, the flowers were turning brown on the edges and by 7 pm it was dead!! It was so embarrassing walking into the hall with this bouquet. So i then go back to May Rose and show her photos of the bouquet and her response was it looks bruised because you dropped it?? I had in the water most of the day and my toss away died too.. clearly because she used old flowers.Secondly, their customer service is horrible. they showed no empathy and blamed it on me the whole time saying its my fault they died?? and would not offer a refund. I receive bouquets all the time and they last over a week but this one didn't last a day. Biggest waste of $200!! Also if you look in the photos she posted of my bouquet, you can see the flowers starting to turn brown.i will post photos of the bouquet so you don make the same mistake i did.

I have used May Rose for 10 years. They are my go-to florist and have never let me down, as a walk in or as a deliver order placed over the phone.My cousin is a florist in another city, and her mother (my aunt) wanted to send flowers to my mother while she was in hospital. My cousin used May Rose, via her florist network, and once again, a stunning arrangement, with amazing flowers, that lasted well beyond any other arrangement. Why go anywhere else?

Chose to pop into this florist due to the convenient location, not expecting anything special. They have absolutely beautiful arrangements and very reasonable prices. The lady who helped me choose my mothers day arrangement was very helpful. Check this place out if youre in the area.

I know nothing about flowers, never bought em before but I had a few colours in mind and she made a very, very nice bouquet.

DO NOT ORDER ANY FLOWERS FROM HERE. We spent over $300 for an engagement bouquet and nothing we received was as requested. When we asked for a solution she simply told us there’s nothing she could do and that we should take our business elsewhere. At the end we had to entirely ditch the flowers we bought and go elsewhere last minute. Horrible business!

I decided to get my bridal bouquet from here. The owner (may) was very helpful and informative. She gave me her advice and helped bring my vision to life! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and my bouquet looked exactly as I envisioned! Their prices are great, along with the service and product. I would definitely recommend!

I have been using May Rose Florist now for five years. I was referred to her from Bruce Bennet for flowers arrangements for births, deaths and other celebrations. Sadly the last two orders of flowers were for two friends that passed away. I get my moneys worth and they are always fresh and last longer than just buying flowers from Costco! I was so thankful to find a florist I love and does such a beautiful job! May is such a lovely lady to deal with and so kind and caring. I highly recommend! Thank you

My boyfriend got a bouquet delivered to me at work for a surprise. The flowers were gorgeous and lasted a long time. The arrangement was absolutely stunning and it was such a beautiful surprise.

I've been coming here for a few years now. I've usually gotten a bouquet made on the spot which were always beautiful. I decided to come back for a bouquet for my mom for mother's Day and fell in love with one of the premade ones she had made that day. My mom loved the bouquet and my dad was shocked when I sent him the pictures with how beautiful it was. The colours in the photos are a bit saturated due to my camera and the lighting in our house but still vibrant in person.
