I love their burgers, my god... my daughter enjoys the poutine, and since she has Severe ADHD, her liking anything is a victory.... oh, more mike the bum like review, ok... i would personally kill the cows, grind up the meat and work there myself for gosh sakes...

S&W location is a terrific location for a few reasons. Number one their staff are very courteous and very friendly weather dining in or going through the drive-thru. Their food seems to be prepared fresh all the time. This location seems to be in a great spot with terrific parking and easy to get you. The store is also very neat and very to help with your dining experience.

This one was in the Cat Centre. Your typical A&W with pleasant service staff, reasonable pricing and not much of a wait time for food. Overall nice dining experience. It also appears since Labour Day, they seem to be back to pre-pandemic measures; no dividers, napkins and straws back out front. Great to see things returning to normal.

I love their burgers. Today I went for a chubby chicken burger. The lettuce in it was all brown, like really bad. Just wonder how a person putting the burger together would choose to use it and think it's alright???

Slow service and my egg in my breakfast sandwich was so oily and greasy that it left a puddle.Returned for dinner a couple days later. I could see into the kitchen from the front counter. My burger patties were carefully selected from a drawer full of them. Disgusting. It was 30 mins before the mall closed. I waited in the food court until close, no one else ordered A&W after I did. So are those garbage now, or tomorrow's lunch?

I usually really like A&W. It was the first place where I had avocado on a burger and that has become a permanent condiment at my house. Unfortunately, at this particular A&W I experienced the worst service I have ever encountered. Obviously, the boss was away and the staff were having a great old time talking and laughing with each other. The music had been turned up and due to it raining outside, the floor was sopping wet. I decided to leave without ordering. I have been back since then and the service and quality of food has been excellent. Just shows that adequate supervision is paramount in the fast food industry.

The food is decent. I tried the plant-based burger today; it was better than expected. What I like even more is the thought they put towards the environment.

Staff is friendly, quick prompt service to get your order. Great to talk to as well. Meal is served to you nice and warm not like most places where it is kept under the heating lamp while waiting for the last portion of your meal to be ready. Nothing but good experiences at this location for a first time visit this evening.

Will not eat here again. Ordered our food and found our burgers had shrunk considerably. The amount of fries was also less but yet they charged as much as if it was a usual size. Service was poor. We had to go back for condiments despite being asked if we wanted them.

We ordered food for 3 .my gf and her sons order were correct my order was 100% wrong . I ordered 2 pappa burgers with cheese and bacon with just onion mustard and ketchup when we got home with the food there was 1 little piece of bacon on 1 of the burgers none on the other there was mayo or what ever sauce they use no must or ketchup ..U would figure at the price we pay the order would be checked before its bagged for takeout .i love a and w but will not order from this location again as i work to hard to waste money on an order that was not correct
