We're lucky that the physicians choose to stay here and have doctors who care to do the extra to keep this clinic going.

Horrible place. Only rated 1 star because is forced you too. I had to come into town to book an appointment at 9, got it booked for 2:40. Nbd, I'll just wander around town while I wait since coming in and out of town is somewhat difficult. I get there 20min early to check in and they tell me my dr got called out to the hospital so I can't have my appointment. They didn't bother calling to tell me. I wasted 5 fkn hours in town for this and they can't even be bothered to call me. Oh, and they charge for missed appointments they did the same thing to my roommate, 3 times and tried to charge her the $50 fee when it was THEIR fault. Every time. This system is trash.

This centre works on a first come first serve basis for appointments, they do not book in advance - except for an extremely specific list of issues - so what this means is that you waste your morning on hold for an hour only to be told that all Dr's are booked for the day, try again tomorrow OR EVEN BETTER go to the fricken ER. I'm sorry is our medical centre unaware of the amount of sliver" "patients are clogging up our hospital ER's??? They are supposed to be part of the solution to overcrowded ER's not contributing to the problem by advising all patients to go there regardless of their ailment. DISGUSTING"

I like the doctor I go into to see and since I've moved to a different town, I still come to Terrace. Trying to call is excruciating, the automated message they have disconnects you and everytime I call it's like this. It would be easy if it didn't hang you up and you had an option to be put on hold to book or cancel an appointment. It's very frustrating, it needs to change even my family members in Terrace have this issue.

We use to have a family doctor and our experiences there were always quick and very friendly. We lost our family doctor to retirement and have not been able to get a new one so now we need to see the on call which is near impossible to get into. Even trying to reach a receptionist lately is difficult. No one should have to sit in the waiting room for 2 hours just to be seen, especially babies! The system is messed up. If your going to retire one doctor, maybe try get some new ones to replace them first. Hopefully it all improves soon

I am absolutely appalled at our medical system, my doctor retired, I have no family doctor now, which means I cant make appointments to c any doctor. So what do I do when I die because I couldn't c a doctor about probems with my eyes. JUST ANOTHER VICTIM OF THE SYSTEM. That's absolutely appaling, I cant sit in clinic all day to just come back the next day, and the next day, I miss one day of work, bills dont get paid, or I get no food for my sons, or my rent doesnt get paid, then im on the streets with 2 kids, because their is NO HOUSING IN BC EITHER.

The doctors here are amazing! They always have time to answer any questions you have and never make you feel rushed. Even amidst a pandemic they are rarely behind schedule and get you into your appointment promptly. I am so grateful we have such a great group of doctors here in Terrace.

Wow this place has gone down hill. I mean the doctors are great but the receptionists are terrible.

I understand we are going thru a hard time but even since this pandemic started its difficult to get thru to our fam doctor and even harder to get them to call back sux but hopeful still that this will change
