With hours like 9-5 I'll never be able to set foot in your store. Why would you have hours like this in an oilfield town where everyone works from 7am-7pm? Not to mention being closed on the weekends. Why wouldn't you close for 2days during the week and stay open the weekend when people would be able to visit the store?

Good Brands of bikes for sale. Good service good price. the bikes are more expensive than a big box store but you get much better quality and skilled repair service.

Normally I’ve had great experiences at Fourword. But a couple weeks ago I walked in looking for some replacement c-clip cable guides. A young staff member had no clue what I was talking about and rather arrogantly dismissed my questions. I went to Ernies and they knew immediately what I was looking for. I’m disappointed in this experience at Fourword and it’s not the norm. I hope this is just a one off.

So disappointed.I was really excited 2 weeks ago when I dropped off my wife's bike for repair. It had been sitting in the shed unused for 2 years and she was finally going to be able to use it with our 2 oldest girls. The guy who was there was really helpful assured me that the bike would be fixed within budget and told me it would be finished in 8 days.Fast forward 8 days (friday) at 2pm I called to see if I could come down and grab my bike. We were told that he had 2 bikes ahead of it still but he was closed to the public that weekend and that it would be ready to rock on Monday. ( not a problem I understand things happen)Monday comes no phone call. Tuesday comes no phone call. Wednesday afternoon comes and I figure I better have my wife phone down and find out whats going on with her bike. She is told that they don't know hen it will be done they now have to order parts and that to do the same things they assured me were within budget are now going to be over budget. I come on the phone and was told it will be at least another week.I went down to just pick up the bike. Upon arriving the same guy I had originally dealt with comes up and says so your not going to go through with it?" I explained I was happy to go through with it but now have been getting the run around feeling lied to about my bike getting done.His only response was "It is what it is". What a thing to say to someone. When you are going to miss a deadline call your customer!! you're the one who set it not me have some accountability to your customers!!! I left feeling like you must feel like I'm some piece of trash for wanting my wife's bike fixed and hoping it would be done in the time given. This all could have been avoided with some follow up calls.I will never give another dime to this place and will go out of my way to refer friends to other sources including my employer who uses these guys for printing shirts. "It is what it is" I think that comment will resonate with me for a long time.And to all reading this I absolutely hate to rip on any small business and for something small I never would. This guy treated me like absolute trash and I waited until I slept on it and calmed before I had to say something"

Fourword is the #1 bike and board shop in town. The folks down there are friendly and super helpful. The store always carries the sweetest gear for whatever you need. Definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Very disappointed with my recent experience. Brought my board in for the annual wax and edge sharpen. I don’t typically go here but a friend of mine knows the owner and recommended his services, spoke quite highly of the shop actually.Long story short the edges wont cut butter and Ill be endlessly scraping left over wax off the board. $30 bucks well spent. Now I have to take the time and finish it. If I wanted a half a** job done with it I would have done it myself.Nice and friendly service but spend some quality time on these things. I don’t recommend anyone bringing anything with value here to get serviced.Thanks

Seriously so disappointed in this company. Running a business appropriately is so important and when you post things that you actually don’t have it’s a problem. I ordered a snowboard from them and of course you pay first when you order something expecting them to know what they are doing. So now they’ve canceled my order because they actually don’t have that snowboard and I’m stuck waiting for a refund and can’t get another snowboard cause I gave them my snowboard money. They do not know how to run a business, they are so disappointing. I would be very very careful before ordering something from fourward.

Best Bike and Board shop in town. First off the staff there are super friendly and always put the customer above everything else. They definitely know their stuff as well. Prices are great for whatever really, and almost always stuff on sale! Bikes, boards, skis, clothes, shoes you name it either they got it or can order it. Cheers Fourword!!

Purchased a YETI product online. One of the few in the country to have it.These guys really get customer service. Great communication with regular shipping updates. Item overpacked, if anything. Personalized letter. Really impressed.

Excellent and knowledgeable bike techs! They helped me pick out my first bike, a Kona Lanai 2018. I needed something to get to and from work and maybe delve into off-road biking later. Been riding it everywhere since I got it and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Highly recommend checking them out!
