ROCKSOLAR

Spoke to Mark from rocksolar at the boat show with a friend upgrading his trailer batteries and marine deep cycles. I have limited knowledge about lithium batteries from my career but Mark answered any and all questions we had, and even help transport the batteries and panels to our vehicle. Great products, great service and great prices.

I purchased a ROCKSOLAR RS630A. My power went out and it powered my TV, router, and WI-FI modem for over 3 hours which is more than I could ask for in a power bank like this, I loved it. A couple of days later I was outdooring and I plugged my kettle into my power bank and it didn't power on. The AC outlets were not being powered at all. The unit turned on and all lights were correct, and the USB ports were being powered and charging devices. I informed the reseller and they have been telling me that they are waiting to hear from ROCKSOLAR for almost 2 weeks now. I have since been camping twice and had to purchase a new power bank that I could not afford. I really want my RS630A to work but I am appalled at the lack of service from ROCKSOLAR. I don't care if your product if faulty, but the way you respond to your customers is telling. It's too bad, I had high hoped for their power banks.

Awesome products! In today's world you never know when you will need extra power. Either camping, tailgating or even during a power outage that seem to be more frequent.Get a reliable product that will work when you need it!

Absolutely love my Rocksolar 200 with 60 w solar panels. Easy to use, easy to charge. Best product I bought myself in a long time. Living in my shed, no mortgage, no rent and no hydro. This powerpack has made my life so much more easy!! Thank you Rocksolar!!
