If you want a picture of my condo common areas just ask for it but currently it's may 14th the grass is 10-12 long ... all winter I had to shovel out my own car because they don't get to it until noon if at all and this winter was extremely mild (El Nino ) this company is a joke from what I can see and have experienced ... and this all costs roughly 35 000 /year for there services or lack thereof"

I called on BM4S a few times this past winter on behalf of a customer of mine whose regular winter maintenance contractor had let him down. Each time Marcus and his guys showed up right away and helped us out. Excellent service.

I have dealt with BM4S for several years on a personal and business basis. Their prices are competitive and provide high quality results for their fees. The company has always provided the best of service for me with immediate response time to my queries and by providing detailed attention to my requests. Each of the staff members I have communicate with have all been very courteous and professional. I have had numerous job site meetings with the owner and his assistants and they have always arrived on time. I will definitely continue to hire their on going services well in the future.

1. Had some landscape work done, (replace sod & add soil) did not finish some minor things & changed scope2. Hired to do fertilize with weed control & had more weeds than I ever had. Asked about crab grass that was growing wild & response was to replace sod without even viewing problem?3. Also hired to look after in ground sprinkler system. Asked mid season to look at dry patches & solution was to turn up time on zones. One zone was set to 55 minutes. Just received water bill from TBM for $831.25?4. When We canceled service at End of July I was told somebody would contact me to discuss, never heard?Only saving grace was I didn’t make final installment.Only writing this now because it still burns me!!

Marcus and his team are responsive and quick to answer. I am a fence contractor and yesterday I hit an irrigation line, I knew that Marcus was the right person to call and ask if he had any advice, he not only did, but he let me use all his tools right away. I am forever grateful.

Great service and very easy to deal with

I used to be happy with this company BUT, this passed year was very disappointing. I asked for a quote for topsoil 4 TIMES...no response!! Fall clean up...never happened but I was told it was complete. All they had to do was be honest and respond. The weed spraying was not completed, they only did the front, but still had lots of weeds. I will say that their employee who looked after my pond, Jory was very helpful.Good bye Blue Mt 4 Seasons !!!!

First time I have used this company and won’t be the last. Friendly, professional and just easy to deal with.
