He was very thorough and honest about how things were and always willing to give recommendations and tips, even for things that were non-essential but may be beneficial to know for if we make changes in the future. His final report was really comprehensive and I fully trust that no stones were left unturned in his considerations. Absolutely wonderful to work with.

He came to the house on time and prepared with all materials. He thoroughly checked everything and let us know in person and on the report. Brent is very knowledgeable in his field. We hired Brent 6 years ago due to his high ratings on homestars. He inspected the house we are currently living in, let me tell you, he is the best!! He found the basement cracks and got the seller to fix it for us, and everything he said came true in the 6 years. We are amazed by his accuracy. So a few days ago when our offer got accepted for our rental property, we called Brent again. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. Since I know absolutely nothing about houses, he would patiently explain how everything works. We went with Brent based on previous reviews we had read as we were purchasing a home that did not seem well maintained and I'm glad we did. Brent was prompt to respond, easy to deal with, punctual and thorough. He was able to identify an issue and provide pictures to help with negotiations. But what I believe makes him so outstanding in my eyes was the fact that he made himself available and promptly answered all questions afterwards, speak with our agent and the seller's agent. Great experience even if we didn't end up buying!
