What a relief to find a broker service that knew exactly what needed to be done to get our puppy safely and quickly through customs at Calgary and into our home. Friendly and reassuring right from the first phone call, the whole team was very responsive even to the point of Megan facilitating a flight change clearance on her day off. What great service - I am happy to highly recommend Ramsay Logistics!

Wow, what a fantastic experience! If I could give 10 stars, I would! I have never dealt with a broker before, Ramsay's was recommended to me, and now I know why - for a very good reason. What a seamless, stressless experience on my behalf. Thank you for keeping me in the picture at all times, even to I will be back at base in 6 minutes, we are leaving the airport now. They managed all the paperwork, dealing with customs (the whole 9 yards), delivering the puppy promptly and very reasonably priced. As you can see our puppy has settled in very well :) I cannot say enough good about Megan and Jeremiah and even the staff at the office that I didn't get the names of. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Highly, highly recommend!

Jeremiah is absolutely awesome !!!We had a container shipment come in from overseas and it was about to get costly for us because of the customs weren't cleared and container sitting in the yard. I called a few customs brockers Everyone said they only do customs for business not for private shipment. They I came across Ramsay customs & logistics, within a few hours we had customs clearance. These guys are 100% reliable excellent service. Thank you Jeremiah!!!

Absolutely horrible. About a month ago I called them trying to get something shipped to Europe. And they said they could do it! They gave me a quote, I didn’t haggle on the price, I told them that I would do it and I wanted to start the process. They never got back to me.Throughout the whole ordeal, I was the only one that was reaching out to them asking about updates, they never reached back out to me, not once. Lied to me about how the process goes, said they would pick my shipment up ASAP, and instead it’s in my garage right now sitting, waiting for me to look for another company.Sent them emails asking about shipping times and insurance questions and still, no response. This is ridiculous.

Long overdue but never too late. I shipped a dog in August with the help from this amazing team. Vinny shipped from Austria-amsterdam- calgary I was very nervous at first but with the help from Jeremiah and Megan I felt at ease and everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend them if your looking to get your animal across the border they are definitely the team to help you along the way ;)
