It was 9 pm and -29 degrees on a cold Monday evening in December. I called Lenhard. He appeared as an angel in the dark and disabled my push button door lock. I was able to enter my home and rescue my dog. And the cost was a bargain!Highly recommended!

Lenhard paid me two visits in two days during Canada Day weekend. He let me into my apartment, arriving within a half hour of my call at 6pm on a Saturday, and then returned next day after I had trouble locking my door. He fixed a long standing issue with the lock, that he hadn't created or aggravated, and now my lock works better than ever! Truly exceptional customer service. Thank-you Lenhard!

Had to have my locks changed in a hurry and Lenhard was there within the hour. Did a great job and took the time to explain everything to me. I was impressed with his expertise and professionalism. Would definitely recommend.

A previous locksmith we had called had given us very poor service, which resulted in three of our main deadbolts not working. Lenhard came a few hours after our call and repaired all three locks. The following day three of our keys cut by the previous locksmith did not work. Lenhart came out immediately and found that our deadlocks worked with the one key he had used to set the new deadlock. He cut us five new keys which now all work perfectly. His work was done expertly, and his immediate assistance was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend Lenhard for his professional work and wonderful attitude.

My family and I locked our car keys and our house keys in the trunk of our car one cold night after shopping. We didn't have any spare keys. Lenhard saw us on his way out from the shopping center and came to help us immediately. He was very kind and polite. He went back to his home to get his work van with his tools and came back shortly after to help us. He did a fantastic job for a good price. He did it quickly and efficiently without denting or damaging the car at all. He showed to be a very respectful and caring person in his manners, and a fantastic professional in his job. I highly recommend his services.

I don't write reviews often. I have been experiencing frustrating customer service lately, but this company was top-notch. Very impressed. My only ignition key to my truck fell down elevator shaft. I needed be out of town ASAP. Ford told me they had a key available but that I would need to tow my truck to them, pay service department and for the key. Called ReKey and Joel was super helpful. Understood it was a rush and made an effort to get to my place as soon as possible where they could cut the key on the spot, and provide an additional at a fraction of the price ford would have charged (not to mention the inconvenience of me having to call tow truck to parkade and scheduling an appointment for service. Great work team and thanks Joel. Will definitely be the first locksmith I call in the future.

Front door key broke off in the lock. Called Calgary ReKey Lockworks and spoke to Len. He quoted me to drill out and rekey the lock. He arrived on time, did a great job and his estimate was accurate. I heard they were good, but what I didn't expect was when he finished the cold zone" around the door was gone! By properly seating the lock he made my house more energy efficient. I had him rekey and adjust the back door too. Great job. Highly recommended."

Lenhard came to our home to rekey our doors and garage and replaced our keyless entry.He was very polite and a respectful man and we liked him immediately. The job ended up taking longer then expected but he stayed until it was finished completely. He also took the time to fully explain our keyless entry and answered all our questions. He did not leave until he felt that we fully understood the locks and was satisfied that all our questions were answered.We highly recommend his services and are completely satisfied and would call him again if needed.
