Ever New Pacific Centre

I spoke to Parin tonight who made my day. I had a few questions about sizing for an online purchase. She was helpful, engaging and enthusiastic. She gave me the information and made me feel confident in my purchase. Her personable demeanor and humor made an impression ❤️

Worst shopping experience I had comparing to any other brand. Their costumer service is poor and the return policy does not make any sense. I purchased both small and medium size of a shirt online which both were loose as I tried them on upon receiving. They refused to refund me when I tried to return them. Another item I ordered online and still have not received after 4 weeks while supposed to be 5 to 7 business days. Again they refused to refund me and I just have to wait until it arrives.Worst brand and shopping experience.

I love Ever New and they've been one of my favorite brands since they opened in Vancouver. The Pacific Centre branch has a great customer service. The manager is so nice and helpful. I always had a good experience with them.

I love the choice of the clothes which this store offers. This is the reason why I am coming back and I am drawn to this store. I was suprised how the girl who works at Pacific store did not even put an effort to talk to me while I was in the store. She was talking to other clients for 20 min, while I was browsing around and looking for suggestion or help. At the checkout, I just said that I wish that the store offers more choices for the tops. She said that she thinks that the store has a lot of choices for the tops. I think that as a client I am allowed to express my opinion without having to feel like I need to argue about it. It was not a good client service experience.

Although i was just browsing the beautiful hijabi worker was a literal angel on earth she’s so sweet, i didn’t grab her name hence the description, but i’ve never met a retail worker so willing to help out and so kind.

Amazingly friendly and attentive staff. Great service and clothing advice. Very well maintained store and clean atmosphere.Not crazy about the curtain change rooms however and the returns/exchange policy is only 14 days.Absolutely beautiful clothing!! I am so in love.

Maria was super helpful during my last visit. I have never met such a keen and polite person. She was smiling the whole time and literally showed me the entire store and answered with passion. I struggled in the metropolis location because the girls answered with a word or two, however, Maria was super energetic. Will definitely visit more.

The staff on the morning of Sunday the 16th of March before noon was very unpleasant towards us and seemed rude- this really affects the shopping experience at a global brand which i love and shop from. As one of the last remaining dress stores in vancouver - i really wish you had better shopping assistants and stylists in store who are motivated to find out the purpose rather than be completely aloof, the body language was such that one did not want to go ask another question from this person. Im very disappointed in your policies of how you train or treat your staff as that is probably the reason for your staff’s distaste toward your customers! If your charging prices like club Monaco or banana republic your staff should Argos be trained accordingly

Very bad experience I went for return one top it’s over 30 days when I bought it they told me if u will return over 30 days u can return only on store credit two weeks ago my daughter return her cloths at metrotown but at the gilford location the stupid lady said no we can’t do my system does no allow me policy is policy its not for different for different locations we know the policy if u can’t return in 30 days u can get store credit company need training for their employees

I love ever new selection; but the employee that was in the changing room and that did my transaction was unfriendly . I didnt feel welcomed at all. I think next time ill just buy online.
