Very disappointed, the chai lattes were served luke warm at best and were so disgusting we actually had to throw them out. The lady at the till was so passive aggressively unfriendly it was bizarre.

Good coffee and pastries. They also have some hot food and pizza by the slice. The cream filled Long John and chocolate croissant were yummy. Stop in here on your walk down historic Baker St. in Nelson BC

Best place ever. The staff are sweet, friendly, and generous. The food is great, healthy and affordable. The treats are excellent. A staple of the Nelson experience. Zero complaints.

Horrible rude service, matcha latte tasted like watered down warm water, latte tasted watered down as well. No customer service. Pushed past by employee to get to table. Just over all horrible experience. Will not go back or recommend. We dumped lattes out and went across the street to get good service and better lattes!

Very good selection and great staff. We enjoyed the healthy lunch here, but parking can be a bit of challenge. The cutlery was not clean.

Great coffee and excellent choice of bakery items. I recently had the bagel and garlic cream cheese - homemade wow. Best part is definitely the energy of the servers. Totally recommend this cafe !

I would give 0 stars. First time coming I was excited because I love to support local. And who doesn’t love baked goods. The older lady who took my order was the rudest/passive aggressive person I’ve ever talked to. Just horrible. Won’t be coming here again.

Non sustainable business practices. They use palm oil in their products and will not change. They told me they use “sustainable palm oil”, which is laughable. I cannot and will not support a bakery that uses such an unethical ingredient. Not to mention, every baked treat I’ve gotten from the cafe has been mediocre at best. This business is greenwashing, don’t be fooled by the organic labels, they truly don’t care about our planet.
