I absolutely love these 3 lady's at this Tim's, Nav, Ramen and Diane, they go out of there way to make your mornings so much better. Amazing coffee food and customer service 5 stars all the way.

Most of the items on the menu were not available at 5:30 pm. The steak sandwich came on a small square bun, not the regular bun. Bagels were not fresh.The Washroom's key was extremely dirty. This is the first Tim Hortons that I've seen that you need to ask for a key to go to Washroom. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Drive thru employee was rude, she was muttering complaints under her breath as I was ordering about what I was ordering.And the farmers wrap I got had burnt crumbs all over the outside, like it was prepared on a surface covered in burnt toast crumbs, so it just tasted burnt.And the 2 coffees were mislabeledGo to McDonald's instead!

I took the family to Tim Horton's at 5:45 pm today for dinner. No sandwich combos appeared on the screen. When I asked where the sandwiches were, the employee looked at the screen with surprise, and verbally told me the options. She did not fix the screen problem for future customers.After ordering, I went to the washroom. Two washrooms were permanently closed and the other one was locked. Instructions said to get the key from an employee. Same employee couldn't find the key, and assumed that someone was in the washroom. When I went back later the key was there, and attached to a broom handle so it wouldn't get lost or stolen. Tacky and awkward.When I got my turkey bacon club sandwich, it wasn't on the usual baguette bun. It was instead on a small square bun. When I asked about this, the same employee said they were out of the regular buns. You'd think that if a customer is going to get a sandwich that is 60% the size of what he's used to at Tim's, the customer should be informed first!This is not the standard I am used to at Tim Horton's, but perhaps this is the new standard.

I went to this location this with some family members. The service at the cash was fine. However the rest of the restaurant was a disgrace. After only finding dirty tables we thought we would sit around the fire, when we got close we saw a large puddle of choc milk spilled on the floor and we couldn't sit there. We settled for a dirty table. When we were leaving we couldn't even put our cups in the garbage can because they were all full.This location is disgusting, I will never go there again.

I Asked for a coffee but got steep tea and instead of apologizing for their mistake they wrote RIP on my lid. Must learn to behave. Such people does not deserve to work at tims.

The girl at the counter gave us our order, but she forgot my son's donut. We had to ask for it, and she checked at the receipt. She didn't trust my husband, I think it was impolite because it was her mistake.
