Wyatt is a hero, and deserves to be commended deeply for his integrity, care, service and work ethic. I had a very scary emergency and he got there so quickly and with so much urgency and precision that my car was unlocked within seconds. You could tell how much he cared and wanted to help, I've never been so grateful in my life. There was genuine care and concern in his eyes that is unparalleled to any service I've experienced or witnessed. I'm so happy and he would not take a tip even when I insisted. I wish I could do more than this review and I hope he is recognized, rewarded, and appreciated by his work at the very least.

Excellence service!!! Changed my oil at BCAA today, and the service is super! Katie at the desk is so friendly and nice! The setup of the resting area is great; I can see my car has been taken care of by professionals while I can enjoy a cup of tea.100% Recommend this place!

Terrible, awful service. Even after complaining no resolution from the manager and the regional manager was meant to call me but he hasn't bothered. There is little communication from these people - only when chased will they sometimes reply to your call. They mis-diagnose issues and then pretend both issues existed. They hold on to your vehicle for 10 days with no haste to get it repaired. They brag that they have had other customers vehicles for 4 months so my car was not the oldest there - not something to brag about! Then they leave garbage in the vehicle for the customer to tidy up. Awful, terrible service! only one star as that is the lowest possible rating, I would give 0 stars if possible!

I believe her name was Lisa but I am not totally sure. Fantastic service, there were a few problems that came up but she dealt with all of them efficiently and professionally. Very kind, good sense of humour, very personable. Thank you very much!

AVOID BCAA MEDICAL TRAVEL INSURANCE...November flights to New Zealand needed to be cancelled because of severe illness. Now more than three months later still no reimbursement for airfares. Apparently outsourced to an oxymoronic company called Global Excellence. DO NOT BUY MEDICAL TRAVEL INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY.

BCAA is short staffed. It's always a wait here. Even though I am a member and get good discounts the wait time here often sees me going elsewhere for insurance service.

I'm not very impressed with this place. As a repair shop they are supposed to call you if anything additional is supposed to happen to your vehicle aside from what the car was in there for. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, They didn't even have the decency or a second to Call me and inform me that there was an issue with my oil pan. They just decided to go ahead and repair stuff and I get thrown 100+ bill . When my oil changes are usually only $70. As a normal repair shop you are supposed to call your customer and tell them if there is an issue with the vehicle , And ask to proceed with an additional repair so that the customer knows There is an additional charge on top of their normal quoted price. These guys just decided to start doing stuff and not inform me of anything. I honestly should have told Them that because they didn't inform me of this repair and just did it themselves that im not paying the additonal $30. That should be on them to pay because they did not inform me that there was any issues. Very not satisfied and not ever returning.

We made an appt and had to wait 5 business days to get in. When we arrived we were brought to the agent who was unprepared for us and made it known we shouldn’t be there yet. The insurance process normally takes 30-45 minutes but we were at a counter with no seats.We asked if we could go to an office to complete the paperwork and we’re told we would get moved. They never did.Then the agent basically read prompts off a screen, had no real advice to give us and we ended up with a quote that frankly was outrageous. My husband had already gotten a quote with similar criteria from Westland insurance. Their quote was half and he commented on how quick they handled the process and tailored the policy to be exactly what we wanted at half the price.Needless to say, we crossed BCAA off the list immediately after this experience. I have been with BCAA for years and was very disappointed in the service. My husband is not a member and this experience certainly didn’t make him want to join. I hope some improvements will come from this.
