I went couple of the times to this clinic and I was satisfied the way they treated me.First of all doctor in this clinic was so kind and he is good listener. He checked thoroughly on my both eyes and provided proper report without writing power glasses for no reason.Also, he checked my son's both eyes and we updated his power glasses with more than 20% discount. After couple weeks later his frame was broken and I took it to his clinic for fixing. They checked that frame and they told me, sorry sir this particular frame is not purchased from us. They are right, this is my mistake because that broken was purchased in abroad while my family was in vacation. Even though, that clinic doctor & receptionist handled the situation in smoothly without any hardwoods. Also, they provided another glass with more than 20% discount and lenses with free of cost.I am strongly recommending this clinic to public.

From the moment i stepped through the door to the end of my appointment today.... wow, what an experience of excellence. The receptionists were informative, conversational and humorous. Dr. Waraich is a fantastic and thorough doctor. They do not pressure you to purchase the most expensive lense. They work with you to find what suits your budget and needs. This was not the case when I lived in Vancouver. Friendly and genuine. I just moved to the area and this will be my permanent place. Wonderful first impression.

I had an infection in my eye, I was very satisfied with how the doctor examined the eye. He was very polite, friendly and professional. Thank you and keep up with the good service.

Dr Waraich is an extremely qualified professional with great customer service. I have a rare condition due to past PRK surgeries, and he was the only Ophthalmologist in Vancouver/Surrey able to find a prescription for me. He is knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. I have been his patient for 4 years, and I highly recommend him.

The nosepads of my glasses broke off and I visited four different places before coming upon Scottsdale Optometry. Some places wouldn't help me fix them, and others were charging exorbitant amounts. The girls at the reception table were wonderful! The team at Scottsdale Optometry was incredibly kind and understanding, and had my issue resolved in 10 minutes.

I believe I was seen by Dr. Waraich whom was very professional and informative. During the eye exam he was explaining everything to me in simple terms so I would understand which I appreciated. The staff were also very helpful and friendly (very patient and helpful with me taking my time to pick my frames). This was my first experience receiving an eye exam and picking out frames so I was not sure if I liked the frames I originally chose so they put my glasses on hold and allowed me to come back the next day to make sure I still liked them. Overall, this was a great experience, the entire team made me feel comfortable and at ease.

I am so impressed with this eye clinic! I came across this clinic is search of help, after having had a screw come loose in one of the metal arms of my glasses. The receptionist was as incredibly kind as the Dr. was generous. They fixed my arm and put in a new screw, free of charge. From this small and giving interaction, I can tell that those that lead this clinic really care about the people they see and the work they do. I'm so happy that you're a part of the community! I hope to be back soon for some glasses. :)

I went to the optometry on impulse, as I started to have a severe problem with my dry eye.I was greeted in a very courteous manner from day one.As time went on it became apparent there was more of a problem than just the initial problem .This required a contact lense until surgery .Not being able to touch my Eye myself I had to rely on Dr Waraich to look after this fore me,which was taken care off any time when needed ,by myself just walking in .It is a rare thing to receive such diligent service .Thank you Dr. Waraich and staff

Today I visited Dr. Waraich. It was great experience to see him . He explained everything very polietly and calmly. MOA working there were also good. I am fully satisfied with the examination.

Scottsdale Optometry is the best place for your optical needs! Dr. Waraich is very knowledgeable, professional, and treats his patients with the utmost care. I had an older pair of glasses, and Dr. Waraich was able to fix them at no extra cost. After ordering a new pair of glasses, I was unsure of how they looked on me, but Dr. Waraich was able to switch them to another pair because his priority was for me to leave satisfied.I am extremely happy with the service provided by him and the entire staff as well. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a thorough eye exam and a new pair of glasses or sunglasses. I will definitely be coming back in the future!
