Very slow service. Had to ask several times to get items added when we wanted more than they initially put on the sub - it was annoying how skimpy they were with toppings. Quality of the sub was fine once you finally got it prepared how you wanted it and were patient with the slow service.

Staff is so poor I visited for having a wrap and a sub she was so rude to me and even didn’t know to process payments on her computer.

I placed an pickup order for 2 sandwiches today and they were wrapped so badly. I wrote in the instructions that i want them grilled but they don’t grill them then I called the store and told them that the sandwiches are not grilled and they were wrapped like someone squeezed them then the lady who was on the call responded to me very rudely and said we don’t grill sandwiches (but i always get them grilled from their store) and she was lying on my face. Zero customer service.

I went to get a sub on white and was told there was no white, but that it had recently come out of the oven. I told her I would prefer a hot fresh but. She said no, it was too hot. I told her I didn't mind. She insisted I have another kind of but. Told her I dont like the other ones.She refused to accommodate me. I left.I'll never go back there, but what does that matter because there are enough people who don't care what they eat to keep them in business.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a subway, I hate to write a negative review when I know the manager is very kind. I went today to order a platter for a event. Initially the ladies were very nice. The ladies did not realize that I spoke the same language as them. First I heard the other lady tell one not to add extra because it’s going to add more work for them. Then I asked for mayo and mustard and so did my mom. I had to step away and when I came back to ask if they had added it the one lady told me that my mom told them no. I asked her to add mayo and mustard and she said that she wouldn't do it because it is to much work for her. I then heard the ladies speaking in our language and they were not saying very nice things. I then proceeded to tell them I understood what they were saying and they said I was lying. This is a very nice subway, I just would not go when these two ladies are working.

Workers all seem lost and confused. Definitely need more than one worker in the morning. The poor worker was busy trying to get all the SkiptheDishes orders done while a huge lineup formed out the door.

I went there today and had a good experience and my bowl was made exactly how I like it. It was a to go order and it was prepared on time and I didn’t have to wait.

Horrible customer service! I walked in and two workers were behind the counter and neither welcomed me, as they are making skip orders neither said anything to me. As they’re making my sandwich I said mayo and southwest and the lady puts mustard on my sub! I don’t have time for them to make a whole new sub! Then I asked to wrap it as 2 6” and she begins to wrap as a footlong!Needless to say I won’t go there anymore as they can’t even follow instructions.

Worst customer service. Staff is always too tired to help. They don’t even listen at once. Show cold service and give not interested looks. I amWriting as it happened multiple times to me!!
