Dr. Midy Liou

Dr. Liou is very kind and knowledgeable. He listens to your concerns and answers all your questions thoroughly. I stubbed my toe super hard on furniture and I was concerned of the 2-3 weeks of pain that wasn't going away. He was quick to follow up on my X-Ray and explained the cause of my pain. He provided great education on how to minimize my pain and provided recommendations to help prevent further toe injuries. I highly recommend Dr. Liou !! He's a great podiatrist.

Dr. Midy Liou was professional and amicable at the same time.I was able to get an appointment really quickly (perhaps I was lucky) and his diagnostics/explanations were clear and concise. I knew what to expect and how the road to recovery would look like. It is very comforting. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Midy Liou really knows his way around the foot. I went in for an emergency sports injury and Dr. Midy was able to pinpoint the issue after a bit of diagnostics. He also explained very clear and in great detail on a replica model (what happened to my foot, what structures are attached to other structures, what would have happened if my injury was worse, what the normal injury looks like etc).Normal medical professionals give me half answers such as “it could be this” or “it could be that”. Dr. Midy knew exactly what it was and he gave me clear instructions on how to recover. He also told me (as part of my recovery) that I have permission to be a couch potato – automatic 5 stars

Wonderful podiatrist, Dr Liou is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He is very kind and makes you feel comfortable. I had a small surgery done and I was very impressed from start to finish. He will answer any questions you have and explains everything thoroughly.

I'm sure Dr. Liou is as excellent as the reviews indicate, however I was so stunned by the aggressively rude behavior on the phone by one of their receptionists - who also after I repeatedly asked her if I could have silence so I could have a turn to speak, blamed ME for the very thing she was doing - talking non-stop, repeating here statements and then accuses me of doing what she persisted in doing. Unfortunately, I am unwilling to subject myself to abuse. Therefore will not be making contact again. The doctor needs to give serious consideration about the probability of having already lost other people who wanted to be his patients but never bothered to tell their office why they had to go elsewhere. But no use saying anything about the nasty attitude and behavior of a staff person of any company, the owners will always side with the nasty staff person, its what I've heard and its what I know.

I couldn’t ask for a better podiatrist.A little backstory: for five years, I suffered and dealt with a severe ingrown toe nail and during those years I’ve gone through 2 surgeries with 2 different podiatrists and nothing seemed to fixed the problem and I had lost hope and trust. And as a construction worker, you can only imagine how this affected my life. I reached out once more and met Dr. Midy Lou and he made the whole process from beginning to end at ease. His knowledge and expertise made the surgery smooth and painless. He’s always on top of his follow ups. I honestly can’t thank him enough for saving my life.

Dr. Liou is an empathetic doctor who took the time to understand my clinical situation and also diagnose my foot condition which I have been having trouble with throughout my life. He professionally casted my personal pair of orthotics which ultimately helped relieve pain from my feet after long hours of work. He has changed my life!! Thank you!!
